Everything. Tiffany helps us with everything - find a place to eat and when we forgot our stuff in her apartment she came for giving us them although we told her she doesn’t have to. About the apartment- very clean with all the facilities in the 3rh floor without elevator (for us it was really ok). Close to the centre and 7 min walk to the Sasi. one of our nicest place in our travel . Recommend for everyone.

Amazingly spacious apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with nice pots and pans, plenty of silverware, and lots of plates, glasses, and cups. A small Nespresso machine. It is very close to the Matera Villa Longo station, and less than a mile walk to the old town and Sassi. This was a very quiet neighborhood and we got to shop in a couple local markets (there are also two produce shops nearby) and eat in a couple local restaurants (we had a four night stay). The “5 Sensi” pizza around the corner was very good! Mery’s hospitality was top notch, and her mother’s baked goods were a real treat. We didn’t use it, but we passed a coin laundry on the walk to the Sassi.

We loved everything about this place. The room was beautiful and spotless. The owners went above and beyond to make.our stay comfortable. They ensured we had a parking very close to the property and took time to explain the city. The restaurants they recommended were amazing. The location was in a quiet neighborhood close to the city center. The bed was comfortable. Although the room didn’t include breakfast, they provided some snacks and coffee in the room which was nice. I highly recommend this place.

It was a beautiful unit that was right in the heart of the caveaso area of matera just steps from where our tour started. There were several restaurants very close by and the restaurant across the street was fantastic. The host was helpful and everything worked as it should.

This place was amazing, and I'm not prone to flattery or exaggeration. It was the 5th apartment we had stayed in (all found through Booking and around the same price) and by far the best. What was remarkable was the thought they had put into everything. These apartments generally are stand-alones, no don't serve breakfast. That's ok with us, we don't (and shouldn't) eat breakfast. But they had stocked the fridge with water, juice, milk (yeah! for my coffee), and a bunch of other small drinks. They had a coffee machine and kettle. It's surprising how many places don't have both. More that one roll of TP! Extra blankets! Nice bed and pillows. There are two large beds, one up, one down. You could have two couples stay here, or a small family, but you'd need to be good friends with everyone. There are 2 bathrooms tho, such a treat. But, the best is Savia. We don't think he owns the apt, but is the caretaker? I could be wrong there. Anyway, he volunteered to tour us around the day after we arrived. We had a great time getting places we never would have known about. Caves, small churches, lots of views. His pride in his town was overwhelming. Just about the sweetest man there could be. He even drove us to our car the day we left so we wouldn't have to deal with the old city, no parking, etc.
