Despite not having central AC, they provide cooling pumps in the room and portable AC units for high summer temps. This was a life saver in hot summer weather.

The front desk staff were very helpful when we arrived several hours before check-in time. They allowed us to use the common area for coffee/tea and to freshen up a bit after a long train ride. Use of luggage storage was nice so we could explore Old Town Zurich for a while before our room was ready. The room itself was large and the AC worked well. The hotel is ideally located with easy access to many shops and restaurants. In a word, the hotel and its neighborhood are delightful.

Both breakfast and location were excellent! Location was very easy to reach from Zurich HB! Rooms were pleasant and comfortable, staff helpful and friendly! Free minibar and snacks in lobby were welcomed after a day in the city!
