He arrived immediately at the airport to pick me up. The apartment completely met my needs for the evening and Felipe was ready promptly at 4:00AM the next morning to take me back to the airport. I highly recommend this property.

Casita del Árbol enjoys a location in Mexico City, 4 miles from Tenochtitlan Ceremonial Center and 4.1 miles from National Palace. I booked this place to be near the airport as the pods in the terminal were too expensive. It was very near terminal 1, just over the pedestrian bridge for the sky train and a block or so away. There was a very welcoming host who showed me in and sorted everything out immediately as soon as I buzzed at the gate. There was comfortable public areas and a functional kitchen. The place was silent at night. The room was clean, modest and functional. The bed was very comfortable. I was only there for a few hours between flights but had a great, well appreciated shower and nap.

Comparing with some other, similar hotels this is a good one! Good value for the price. The cabin is indeed proper for a layover, much better than sleeping on the floor, just outside. The location is good also. MEX airport is anyways efficient, but it was like 15-20 mins only to get from the plane to the bed. Superb! Easy to use - all. And yes, the Staff asked how I felt myself, etc. This does not happen in normal hotels too frequently, so a big pro for the Team!
