The location is just outside of Peterborough, this helps keeps the price low. The grounds were relaxing and places to sit outside were a bonus. The owner operator of the motel provided cold bottles of water on our arrival, that's a bonus. The rooms also had bottled water, when you stay at a high-end hotel bottled water isn't free. I chatted with the owners, and they are very friendly.
