Very well taken care of hotel. Beautiful gardens, clean rooms, great food. Shout out to the super friendly staff, specially Bryan who went above and beyond to share his knowledge about the local culture and all tours. Their boat trip is so wonderful, we recommend it!

DO NOT RESERVE IN THIS PLACE!!! is nothing like the picturess and is 45 mins from la fortuna. it looks like a motel vs a hotel… i am still waiting for them to givenme the money back since i arrived complain, they said they where going to give me the money back since this was not as expected… and neevr did… also booking is not helping to give me my money back

All of the amenities were brand new! Shower and bathroom facilities were clean and new, bed and bedroom linens were comfortable and fresh, air conditioning and fan were refreshing, outdoor kitchen was new, couches were comfortable. Honestly, the best bang for the buck when it comes to the villas during our stay in Costa Rica. Grocery store is 200mts down the road.

Everything! The property is beautiful, there are many activities to do inside the property and if you need recommendations to do something outside Esteban or someone from the Lodge can help you out. Breakfast is delicious, we also had dinner one time and it was delicious as well. Rooms are very spacious, clean and well preserved.

Breakfast was not available after all, which was frustrating since we planned on that. We used our dedicated outdoor kitchen however and it was well stocked for us to cook quick breakfasts. It had everything we needed!

Loved how attentative Gabriela was amazing. She brought us an amazing breakfast as well as a local Costa Rican dish! Her and her family were kind and super helpful even with the language barrier. The best part of the stay, in my opinion, was your own personal natural swimming spring. It was quite with a few hiking trails on the property. It's definitely a place to stay if you want to experience authentic Costa Rica!
