Room " fantastic clean, warm, layout of the Hotel, easy to find my way around. Just super welcoming! High Quality!
THe wonderful lady being the hostess for dinner was extraodinary supportive with my needs. As I looked for an adapter from 110 -> 220V. She did not let go until she found not one but 2. And that not being at all her assigned duties.
The excellent dinner adn breakfast options and teh food itself = outstanding! Super supr easy to go from there to the MUC airport.

The room and bathroom were beautiful and immaculate. Every need had been expected. Because it was already after 8 pm and we had to leave at 6 a.m. the next morning we did not know how to get a taxi. We called the hotel number and the owner answered immediately. Response was no problem, a driver will be there. He showed up at 5.55 am with a comfortable taxi, and he was a good driver. Great experience.

The hotel has a little refrigerator in the basement to purchase drinks from which was much needed after hours of delay. The room was great! Comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed for the night. Plus you can order many different options for breakfast that is made fresh. We took 1 room for 3 kids and it was big and had a small kitchen and another room for couple. The shower is new, clean and have walk in shower.
