Clean, no smells. Private bathroom.
Quiet. No dogs barking in the night. But the property is located at the highway so there's always some background noise. Birds chirping outside the window during the day (I like it).
I arrived earlier (12:20) and they had no problem with that, didn't have to wait until 13:00
The room are just beds, they clearly expect you to eat at the restaurant, not in the room. The restaurant is cheap.
Good value for the price.

Charming hotel a bit away from the town of Antequera but well worth the 30 min drive. Beautiful farmland around. Lovely area to be peaceful and quiet. But close to magnificent El Torcal for a day hike. Staff were all warm and extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us when we had car troubles. Breakfast was lovely and dinner was outstanding.

Very friendly town. Recommend a guided tour to include the dolmens - we booked a combination tour of walking the town, visiting a chapel and a short ride in a 'micro bus' to the dolmens.
Buy cakes and pastries from a convent. Spend an evening in Bar Lola next to Plaza Coso Viejo for excellent food, friendly service and great atmosphere.
Antequera is an easy 45-minute drive from Málaga airport, so it's a great place to spend a couple of nights before heading off to explore Andalucía. Lots of free parking.

Antequera is a pretty town with a big church and castle. Also, you can visit dolmens (in the town) and El Torcal hiking area (nearby, some 20km maybe). The town seemed cozy during workdays and quite busy on Saturday with many people cruising the streets.

Antequera is a beautiful place with loads of churches and elaborate buildings. I could have done with another day here at least. I also never got to sample the food so I will definitely need to come back.

A cosy town, not too small, not too large.
A cosy town, not too small, not too large. The megalithic burial tomb complex dating back to Neolithic- Bronze Age (Dolmen de Menga, Dolmen de Vieta) is within walking distance from city center. Our main reason to visit Antequera was to see these 5000-6000 years old burial tombs. We loved the city.

A very nice medium sized town with an interesting historic Quarter. Everything clean and nice giving an impression of a caring local population. I think the local council has spent time and money on the historic buildings. The nearby dolmen are also well worth visiting.
It was awesome of our host Veronica to meet us enroute to the house.Veronica was a fabulous host and gave us lots of great suggestions, and also left us a few taxi drivers cards, which was great as there is no Uber in Antequera. There is a little grocery tienda a few doors down, and two major grocery stores about a ten minute walk . We were happy to have a kitchen with oven, a dishwasher and olive oil and balsamic vinegar. There is so much to see in Antequera that you can walk to, and be sure to do the ammonite hike at El Torcal!
This is a lovely little hotel in a fabulous location! The rooms are basic but nice, very quiet and clean, with incredible views of the Alcazaba from the balcony looking on to the square. There is no option for breakfast at the hotel, but the bar beside the hotel does a good breakfast. Also there is a communal room with a microvave and a communal courtyard space for smoking. If you're looking for value for money and the perfect spot to stay a few days to explore Antequera, this is it! We will definitely come back here again!
This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring all that Antequera has to offer and the court yard was lovely.
The rooms are a decent size with everything you need but quite basic, but that is to be expected in an old property and went with the whole theme.
Parking was available just across the street, but if there are no spaces, the hotel will provide parking at an additional cost.
The restaurant next door looked nice, but we did not use that as there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
The restaurant was excellent, and the food was very delicious. If you stay here, I recommend trying the sea bass dish at this restaurant. The hotel is run by three generations of a kind family - grandfather, father, and son. Antequera, where the hotel is located, is a very peaceful and beautiful small village, but it holds many historical heritages.
The hotel offered all we needed. Over the street from the museum and not an arduous walk up to the citadel. For a great breakfast, it's a short walk to Cafe Santiago. The courtyard in the hotel is a pleasant spot where you will also find a library with some English titles in there if required. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
The staff are fantastic very friendly
We love the restaurant ox carpaccio is the BEST we have had in the world
Quiet ....free parking .... close to antequera....bath ..... balcony....easy check in / out
Winter so heating was excellent
Vanity mirror in bathroom for make up and shaving
Hairdryer and free toiletries
The Convent located in a very beautiful surrounding overlooking olive garden. Room is very big and comfortable.
We had very nice dinner at the hotel. For the price of 109€ pro night we don't expect anything like this. We just booked for one night not knowing how beautiful and relaxing this place is. We will come back...
The hotel is quaint but very clean. The cafe/cantina was exceptional and we enjoyed our tapas there very much. We came back for lunch on our last day and the restaurant was full as the 11 euro set menu was very popular, so we ate in the cafe/cantina again which was very good.
The room and car park was excellent but obviously it isn’t cheap. There are cheaper hotels in Antequera but most don’t have the car park option and if they have, normally their car park is a bit complicated In the sense of location and size.
It was the most beautiful property that we’ve ever seen on our trips to Spain! It was so well appointed in a 18th century style. Absolutely beautiful throughout the entire apartment. It’s huge too. There are all the amenities.
A wonderful little traditional hotel in the center of the village. Room spotlessly clean - although some might say small, it was perfect for our stay. And great food in the bar and restaurant.
Nice quiet location that is also close enough to everything. The place is tidy and very new looking. It was also nice having the maps and pamphlets to help best take advantage of the area.
My flight arrived late at Malaga airport, the Yedra hotel was the perfect place to sleep on my way to Seville. Great service, staff very attentive & good food at the restaurant.
Dinner at the hotel was exceptionally good, attention was perfect. Breakfast was quick and satisfying. The town of Antequera is very pretty, located on a hillside.
Great 3 star hotel in city center, very clean, very comfortable beds. They have a beautiful patio, smoking zone, breakfast is good ,free parking in 250 meters
Confortable Hotel. Close to the city center and close to the historic monuments such as the Megolithic Ruins.
The Hotel restaurant was also first class.
