The stuff is very nice and helpful. The location is very good, just few steps to the beach. But the beach is alittle dirty, most of it is sea grass, but there is some plastic, too. Nearby there are two restaurants with good food, drinks and beach ammenties, very nice. The sea is good and clean, beach is most with sand. The appartment is clean, and the things are pretty new, we had big terrace with chairs and a table. Always hot water. Towels changing every 4th day, but I think it can be even more often on demand. The bathroom is small, it was ok for us, but maybe for someone who is bigger size or have some dissability with moving, can be a problem. And we booked it with kitchen- stovetop - on march for august. When we asked , 7 days before arrivng, if there is cooking available, landlord said - No, it was a mistake in ammenties, and was not ready to make a mense- to give us a stovetop, or to make smaller price, just -exuse. It was so little time left to our holiday to find something else to rent, even this was with free cancellation. So we took our own stovetop and got the dishes from Ethos bar, and manage that, so for this I will not give a bad grade. Silent place, fir rest and enjoy the sea beauties.

It is located in a small village that is really cute. The host (Irini) was very hospitable and accommodating! It was a really relaxing stay! Would highly recommend it staying here.

We had a lovely stay at 7Syn7. Travelled with my husband, little daughter and parents in law. We arrived a little early on Saturday, but our rooms were ready and waiting for us. Without us explicitly asking for it, we were placed in studios next to each other, so we could use a shared balcony. When they noticed my mother in law's mobility issues, they offered to move us to more accessible and larger (and more expensive rooms) at no additional charge, so we could still stay together. That was a lovely and very kind offer, though wasn't needed and stayed in the rooms originally allocated, which were great. The studio was impeccably clean, and is cleaned daily. Change of sheets and towels takes place every other day. The kitchenette has everything needed for a self-catering stay and is well-equipped. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of storage, considering we stayed there for 14 days. The location is convenient for exploring North Evia - in less than 1 hour, you can be at Kavos to explore Lichadonisia, or visit the many great snorkeling beaches in the North West. Supermarkets and Taverns are a short car ride away in Oreoi or Istea. The grounds are very well-maintained and perfect for children. My daughter spent hours playing bare-foot on the lawn, at the swings or in the kids corner (which may have been the toys of the hosts, but they kindly allowed Sophia to play there alomgside their own grandchildren). All in all, we had the most amazing 2 weeks and I would absolutely recommend the place.

    The beach and surroundings are truly impressive and contributed significantly to our wonderful holiday experience. There are three cafes/restaurants nearby that serve delicious food, making it convenient to enjoy a meal without straying far from the beach. The beach itself offers summer showers, stationary umbrellas, benches, and sun loungers near the beach cafes, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The local people are friendly and welcoming, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere. The view from the beach is beautiful, enhancing the overall experience of being there. Additionally, the beach is equipped with summer showers, stationary umbrellas, and benches, making it a very convenient place to spend the day. The nearest village is just an 8-minute drive away and offers a variety of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, a bakery, and a butcher shop.
