great location, not far from metro and tram stations. Far enough out from the centre that you didn’t have the busy crowds around but no so far that it took more than 5-10 mins to get there. Very clean and bed was comfy, lovely staff who assisted the whole process.

From the moment we arrived we felt well looked after. To the concierge, receptionist, the staff at breakfast and the maids- everyone went beyond their role to make us feel welcome. Gianluca was a gem- always taking our bags and giving us directions! We were fortunate to have a room upgrade and this was great as we had been travelling from northern Italy. We had the junior suite and it was huge, with a good view. Extremely clean, safe and we loved the touches of a ‘turn down’ service (coming back after an evening in Rome to water and slippers- perfection! 24hour security too. The breakfast was great- excellent in fact. They have a bar with fresh smoothies (made to order) this was great touch. So much choice, fresh, clean and coffees made to order. The location was perfect for us- 5 minute walk to the colosseum and within walking range to everything else. We used alot of Lime bike and taxis can be called easily from reception too. The hotel is on a busier street with osteria’s, gelateria’s and trattoria’s. You wouldn’t know it as the hotel rooms are very quiet! They also have a gym! I cannot praise this hotel more- usually I am a hard critic but for a four star hotel it’s approaching 5! The staff were such a factor in this and they should all be proud of what they’ve created. We only stayed 3 nights and we could have stayed longer. What brilliant hospitality! Thankyou for making our time in Rome a positive experience!

A beautiful city with art and history around every corner. The metro makes it easy to visit most tourist sites. Line B (blue) for the Colosseum and line A (orange) for Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Vatican museums, St. Peter's basilica etc etc. There are also several water fountains around the city to fill up your water bottle with crystal clear, cool water for free.

If you are interested in souvenirs it is wonderful.

If you are interested in souvenirs it is wonderful. Even Catholics will see a lot of amazing things here. The metro is problematic. It doesn't run later at night and the buses are problematic. And at night the taxi driver will charge you a higher price and you will be glad you even got to the hotel. Terrible but really really a lot of theft here. Even if no one has ever robbed you in many years and you are careful there is a chance that pickpockets will steal something from you so if you are interested in ancient Roman monuments or are Catholic, it's worth it. But be very very extra very careful.

Rome is a beautiful and historic city, and there are many beautiful places we visited. Colosseum: The Colosseum is one of Rome's most prominent tourist attractions and the largest Roman theater in the world. St. Peter's and the Vatican: Two of the most important religious sites in the world. St. Peter's Basilica: We saw Leonardo da Vinci's painting of the Last Supper inside the Vatican City. Pantheon: The Pantheon is one of the finest examples of Roman architecture. It features a massive dome and a stunning central opening, and is a stunning example of ancient Roman design. Fontina di Trevi: A group of three medieval fountains, it is one of Rome's most important tourist attractions. Trevi is the world's most famous fountain. Sant'Angelo: Castel Sant'Angelo is one of Rome's most important historical sites. It houses a museum and was originally built as a temple for Emperor Hadrian and contains a beautiful collection of artwork and furniture. Santa Maria Maggiore: The Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore is one of Rome's most important churches and is known for its famous dome. The church contains magnificent artwork and an icon of St. Mary. Piazza Navona: Located in the center of Rome, it is one of the city's most famous and lively squares. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and fountains, it is a hub of cultural and social life. Santa Maria Novella: Santa Maria Novella is the largest church in Rome and one of the city's most important religious monuments

Depending on your fitness Rome is very walkable and you probably see more things if you do walk. There are always buses, metro, taxi's, bikes scooters to get around. We loved Rome, shame it was a flying visit.

My bias for Rome is great because I just love it. This was my fifth time and certainly not my last. To visit Rome, you must be prepared to walk and walk and have no care for time. Eternal Roma. Avoid well known tourist spots and look for hidden gems such Galleria Borghese in the vast gardens of Villa Borghese, enter each church you pass by - there's always a magnificent artistic surprise.

We spent 2 full days in Rome but could have done with longer as there’s so much to see and not just the obvious landmarks such as The Colosseum, Vatican and Trevi fountain as every street is full of amazing buildings and churches you can enter for free. Best way to see everything is to walk although you find yourself constantly stopping to look at all the buildings and fountains-comfortable shoes for all the steps and cobbled streets are a must. Popular sights are always busy and food is expensive. At night the buildings and ruins light up and look even more stunning than in the day. Museums are free on the first Sunday of every month

I really liked the room with very comfortable beds and functional A/C. Everything was clean and the housekeeping did a good job. As for a breakfast, it wasn’t anything special but I think that for Italy and the price, it was nice to have options from salty (scrambled eggs, cheese, ham,…) and sweet (pastry, fruits, cereal,…) food. The distance to the city centre and especially Vatican is walkable and the hill the hotel is on is just few steps uphill and you are there, so nothing hard.

The staff here has the best customer service I've ever received in my entire life. They welcomed us like we've been long-time friends. They showed us a map of Rome with places to see and eat. This was the first time staying in a "boutique" hotel and was an amazing experience. The rooms were clean and nice with everything in working order. It is walking distance from the Vatican City and an easy bus ride into the busy tourist areas. Check out this hotel if you plan on staying in Rome.

This hotel was my best stay in Italy. It was close to two metro lines and also to the Colosseum (you can literally go walking). The staff was very helpful, my room was large enough for me (individual traveller), every day when I returned the room was made up, everything was clean and they have elevators in case you don't want to use the stairs. The breakfast was simple but very good and I enjoyed very much to eat it every day. I do strongly recommend the hotel if you ever visit Rome.
