Hotels that guests love in Warsaw

  • The hotel is located at the center of Warsaw. I took a bus from the airport which cost me only 4.7Zl. I got an executive room at the 30th floor with great view of the city. Breakfast is rich, the gym at the 31st floor can be used 24H and the staff is helpful and kind.

    Gady, Solo traveler from Israel
  • For those who needs a location close to Warsaw airport this hotel might be the best option

Vladimir, Solo traveler from the Czech Republic
  • Nice hotel, not far from airport and 8 km from old town of Warsaw (6,5 EUR by taxi or 3 EUR with public transport). Great breakfast.

    Teodor, Solo traveler from Moldova
  • We stayed here for one night between plane flights. The location was excellent, especially as a free shuttle bus ran to and from the airport every 30 minutes. It was an easy bus trip from the hotel into Warsaw and we were able to spend half a day in the old town. Staff were very helpful and facilities were excellent. We even had tea/coffee making facilities in our room.

    Stan, Mature couple from Australia
  • A 15-min walk to the old town - a pleasant walk in good weather. The price was excellent for a 4-, 5-star hotel in the city center. The bus stops right in front of the hotel from the airport.

Wai, Young couple from Hong Kong

    Always on the Move

A city on the move, Warsaw is constantly changing in an effort to rebuild what was lost during World War II. There’s no better example of this than the stunning Old Town Square, where pastel facades sit alongside dome-topped spires.

Starting here is the Royal Route which passes several historic buildings on its way out to Wilanów, where an ornate Royal Palace is set in a huge park that was the retreat of kings since the 17th century. Just as grandiose is the Palace of Culture and Science, Stalin’s gift to Warsaw that still manages to evoke feelings of hatred and love in equal measure. Go up to the terrace for panoramic city views.

Other cultural features are the Warsaw Uprising Museum, considered the best museum in Poland, and traditional bars that still serve down-to-earth food washed down with a shot of vodka - a throwback to the Communist era. Don’t expect to find a seat though – there aren’t any.

Warsaw also has a thriving club scene and more shopping centers than you could throw a stick at. Not that you’d want to, as you’ll be too busy picking up the bargains.

Just outside the city is Warsaw Airport, efficiently linked by public transport to the city’s hotels, guest houses and hostels, available on Booking.com.
