My travel continued too long than the expected arrival time. Although the reception was opened and the people there were very friendly. Also the room was very quiet and clean. The city is also very small and nice for relaxing. Next time I'm going to visit them a bit longer to have time to completely relax

Wonderful staff ! Wonderful thermal facilities. As half-board hotel guests, we were spoilt for choice as we have unlimited access to the saunas, water parks, indoor and outdoor thermal pools. Our favourite is the very private sauna area where we spent two hours in total relaxation. There is a myriad of saunas, thermal pools and a large and secluded rest area with a secured garden to be one with nature in the buff. The cherry on the cake has to be the hot tub in our hotel room. It is like having access to thermal waters 24x7! We were bowled over by the strong waterjets in the indoor jacuzzi. For those who like outdoor pools and water parks, Terme Ptuj has the offerings with a decent restaurant. What made Primus memorable is the friendly and helpful reception and spa staff who went out of their way to help us throughout our stay. With Maya's help, and after an exhausting flight, I was able to celebrate my partner's birthday with a bottle of champagne to boot! Thanks also to Natasha with her regaling hotspring tales, Mônica and Sabina for a touch of lavender to de-stress. My special thanks to Branka whose perseverance secured us a room in a sister's hotel with black thermal waters. 😘 Kudos to all and hope to see you soon. Hugs and kisses! 🤗😘

This hotel was so charming with lots of history and ancient artifacts, including a large one that was part of the original building enclosed in glass right in our room! They have a cool little wine cellar and tasting area. There is a pretty courtyard to have a coffee or glass of wine. It is a 5 minute walk to everything in this town, and there was a free parking space available. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and comfortable. Overall an excellent stay!

Such a friendly hosting family (yes we met all of them including their dog)!! The house and the garden are beautiful, you can see they are being upkept with love. Breakfast has some grandma vibes to it - there were the homemade jams and raspberries from the garden when we stayed. Soulfood. Location is beautiful as well.
