The location was easy to get to and the hotel room was clean. The lobby was really nice and the breakfast was good with ample choices. The staff was friendly. It was consistent with other Holiday Inn Expresses that I’ve stayed in. I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

The Red Roof Bourbonnais is always our go to when we visit the kids. It has been freshly remodeled and upgraded. Our room was clean and comfortable with no issues at all. As always bring the puppers.

It was spotless clean. The breakfast was delicious with great variety of selections.
Hotel was nicely renovated. Our door did not shut properly..you had to slam it shut and then the dogs in the room across the gall went barking crazy but other than that it was a nice stay. The lady and guy that worked the bar and food were extra nice!!! Didn't get their names but gave us advice on things to do in the area and what not.Front desk was ok. Nothing personable or extra but nice. Would stay again if in the area.
I was late, so i missed all 'warm' offerings. But they had individual wrapped rolls, breakfast burritos, bagels, cereals, juice, yogurt. Being late they still let me have breakfast. Nice staff.

The location of the hotel was great. It is in walking distance of shopping and very nearby to Walmart, which comes in handy for multiple-day travelers.
