Loved Precious Moments Chapel, that’s the reason we went.

Loved Precious Moments Chapel, that’s the reason we went. Never stay at Quality Inn again! It was terrible. Dirty rooms, no tv, no phone to call front desk. Moved us to another room and was almost as bad as the first one.

Carthage is a wonderful town with a beautiful courthouse and Route 66 motels. The city has a great small town atmosphere with friendly people. The town also offers a nostalgic drive in theatre to enjoy

We couldn't walk around the room with our shoes off as the floors were wet and gross. The room smelled horrible and the towel rack fell off the wall when we tried to take our fresh clean towels off (that were still very wet). They ran the washer and dryer all night which were very loud and kept us awake. Hot tub wasn't hot. Over all was not impressed with our "Luxury Suite"

The way they charge your credit card at one point they had taken $1,000 out of my checking account because of the way they were charging on a daily basis it took almost a week before all the charges they had put on dropped off and I was able to have that cash back in my checking account again my total charge for 6 days with $657 I did have two pets but I went a week with over $1,000 charge to my checking account before it all got straightened out

We were visiting family in Webb City.

We were visiting family in Webb City. Having stayed at this Quality Inn in the past we decided to stay here on this trip. It was rainy while we were there, few chances to get outside to explore. However, I can say we drove to the Joplin airport, finding ourselves on the Dennis Weaver Blvd. and reminiscing...Gunsmoke and McCloud.

Carthage has a lot of history surrounding the area.

Carthage has a lot of history surrounding the area. It also has some of the Route 66 road. Precious moments is nearby and George Washington Carver monument is south of Carthage maybe a 10-15 minute drive. We drove part of the Route 66 road that also goes through Springfield.

The location at the edge of Carthage on a lake on old Route 66 is very nice. There was very little road noise at night. The room is decorated in vintage colors and furnishings. If you want a throwback for your stay on Route 66, this is a good one. It's clean and comfortable and the host was friendly. Reasonable price for a room without breakfast.

Quaint little inn, spacious rooms with retro decorations and super friendly owners. Swimming pool out back with grassy area and tables with shade. Breakfast available, and coffee too. Located right next to a pretty park with a lake and spring river (I believe) is next to the lake. They are pet friendly!

The nicest people we've met. Very clean and safe. We will not stay in another hotel but this one from now on. I recommend this place to everyone. If we could go higher than a 10 we would. 10++++

Breakfast was just ok when compared with other hotels. Not much for hot items. But I would not necessarily complain either for the price. Somewhat dated but again, the price reflected this.
