The hotel is beautiful and the staff is excellent. Only issue is the room was very hot. Thermostat went to 68 degrees but it was much warmer than that. Was hard for us to sleep is was so warm.

Unique style with great comfort. Located in the heart of Greenville, within a walking distance from shopping and dining. We loved the picturesque, nature view from our room, overlooking the waterfall. The comfortable, nicely designed rooms, the curated experience, the several sitting areas on the premises, including the outdoor seating overlooking the park and waterfall.

Breakfast was fantastic. The whole staff from breakfast to front desk to cleaning staff were friendly, helpful and just nice! The lobby/main floor is spacious and comfortable. There was even the lemon/orange refreshing water in the lobby of hotel for the hotel guests to enjoy after being out in the hot sun!

Everything! The lobby is lovely, our room is perfect and the staff is friendly and helpful every time we enter or exit. Alan, who met us when we arrived, parked our car and delivered our luggage, was especially friendly, kind and helpful! Thank you! We also especially enjoyed the musician/singer in the piano bar on Saturday night of our stay.

    Greenville is a MUST see!

    Greenville is a MUST see! Beautiful city, lots of culture and amazing food all up and down the main street! People were genuinely friendly and as a single female I felt safe there. It is a great place to hike/site see/eat. Nearby communities offered many other attractions like Paris Falls and seeing the Oldest Covered Bridge on Artist day was amazing for me, as my Mom was an artist. Lots to see and do and the Swamp Rabbit Trail is such a beautiful place to walk/run. Don't forget to check out The Mast Store! they have everything you can imagine and then some!

    Greenville is a very beautiful city and was very pleasant surprise. Downtown is very walkable with beautiful scenery and lined with businesses and boutiques and adds to its delightful charm. I plan to revisit.

    I was born here, but live elsewhere, I visit as often as possible, I venture Greenville as much as possible, downtown and outlying areas, getting around is not a problem, I attended a ballgame at Fluor Field, I caught a hot air balloon launch and festival, I went atop Caesar's Head, (my first time) the view was awesome, being not much of a fine diner, a burgers and beer kind of guy, the Hall of Fame on Wade Hampton fit the bill, plenty of screens all showing all varieties of sports, great service, but I do also recommend "Basilico's" great Italian food, overall, I had a great time and I will be back, this is home

    Greenville is a hidden gem in the US.

    Greenville is a hidden gem in the US. This is my first trip, but I would certainly visit again. The downtown blew me away with all of the shops, eateries, and upscale bars. Downtown alone has a lot to offer with the Falls Park, but even outside of downtown, there are many activities one can do as well.

    I chose to stay in Greenville because I was there one other...

    I chose to stay in Greenville because I was there one other time for just a couple hours. I loved the downtown area so I wanted to explore a little more. Mostly for this trip I had heard of their rails to trails and I have an E bike now. Swamp Rabbit, Café and Grocery was recommended by a friend and it was perfect. 🙌 Relaxing area & the staff was great everywhere in the area. The food, coffee, wine, and spirits are all there & great farm fresh choices. Bathrooms too ! I was able to park there, unload my bike, get coffee and something to eat before getting on the trail right there. I chose to go head up to Travelers Rest first about 10 miles and stopped off at Furman College in between. I enjoyed riding the around the beautiful lake there. There is a public restroom there as you are going around the lake. Then I turned around from Travelers Rest and went downtown to Greenville. Definitely recommend going early on bikes because it tends to get a little crowded after noon especially on the weekend. Downtown was well kept, very clean and lots of beautiful areas to explore. And of course, lots of choices for food, drinks or just relaxing in the park. Pets were allowed everywhere I saw that day with some restrictions, but normal restrictions.

    Check in lady was super sweet.

    Check in lady was super sweet. Breakfast was horrible and we purposely look for places that include breakfast. Wont serve eggs due to egg prices, was out of regular waffle mix and would not refill. Therefore we were not able to eat breakfast.

    I was pleasantly surprised by the dinner option. It wasn’t something we expected. The food(breakfast and dinner) wasn’t anything spectacular but filled our bellies before exploring Greenville. The woman at the bar area was so kind and accommodating to what drinks guests wanted and she was so lovely to spark a conversation with. I desperately wish we carried cash because I would have happily tipped her.
