The pool & spa were closed, the ice machine was not functional the whole time we were there. We asked for a room with microwave and fridge and did not get that. They brought one to us 10 hours later. Also, every night we could not access hotel entrance we had to get our keys reprogrammed to get into hotel and our rooms. We stayed 3 nights so this was annoying.

We didn’t stay there. The place always super sketchy and dirty upon arrival

This was my first visit to Santa Fe, NM and originally I had booked a stay at another resort. That place didn't meet my needs. I stayed at 'said' resort for less than 12hrs before I quickly checked out. I went online and found that the Four Seasons had what I was looking for. They have shuttles that can take you into the historic Santa Fe Plaza all day, they have daily guided hikes and different events happening daily. They also have a five star spa on location! I had three treatments while I was there and highly recommend. The resort itself was Quiet, friendly, and well lit rooms. The staff was so accommodating, specially the front desk. Even though check in wasn't until 4pm, they made arrangements for me to check in WAY earlier so that I could get settled. I was there for 6 days and I will absolutely be back soon!
Featuring a garden, ocho guesthouse & weaver's studio provides accommodations in Espanola. With free private parking, the property is 7.6 miles from Cities of Gold Casino and 23 miles from The Plaza.

Lots of space with somewhat divided sleeping arrangements. Clean. Lots of homey touches, plants, and unique fixtures. Coffee and cream in the fridge and robes in the bathroom.
Near Santa Fe's historic Plaza, home to shops, restaurants and attractions such as the Loretto Chapel, this property offers accommodations with all the comforts of home.

This was our 2nd stay and we love the old adobes with such quirkiness about them. It’s definitely not your typical hotel room; we had a private gated courtyard which we loved. It’s easy walking distance to The Plaza, capitol, river and rail yards. Excellent restaurants, shops & galleries near by. Dog park not too far. A fun place to stay!
The front desk gal was so welcoming, greeting me with a friendly and contagious smile. The relaxed ambience of the hotel was refreshing. The sunset and sunrise were breathtaking. It was a pleasant stay in the casita. Overall, it was a beautiful experience. We will definitely be returning.
this is essentially on the same land as the Hilton Buffalo Thunder - but i think it is a much better value with a kitchenette, room size, etc. The staff is equally friendly and professional, too!
