Location. Friendly employees. Great breakfast. I had an issue with A/C and TV. The front desk was fast to respond and issues was resolved

    The Quality Inn appeared to be the best place to stay in...

    The Quality Inn appeared to be the best place to stay in West Plains for us. We were on a long road trip and the hotel provided us with a quick and easy place to get off and on our route. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Just what we needed for a good night's rest before hitting the road again the next morning.

    The king bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast they provided each morning. The location to the river for our float trip was ideal and restaurants and other services were close by and easy to get to from the hotel.

    Hotel was fine, but west plains is one of Missouri's many armpits. The Hampton across main street had Tesla destination chargers
