I meant to add how great the waiting & housekeeping staff.
I meant to add how great the waiting & housekeeping staff. They were all very attentive, helpful, professional, and pleasant. All around we would definitely return.
The location was awesome. Minutes away from Metro North. We were within walking distance from malls, bus routes, and a variety of restaurants (especially the Peruvian spots).
Shout-out to the Arrow Cab Service!
We hope to return to this Sonesta location.

Rented this hotel because it was close to our medical appointment even though the price was twice what other hotels offered. The very very cold and weak shower, very small room, lack of waste baskets, and lack of ice easily available was just plain annoying! Had to request more blankets, more pillows. The elevators were gross with food spills and coffee spills. All in all a generally unpleasant hotel.

Love the decor, the cleanliness, the room layout (bedroom and a living room) and the overall beauty of the hotel. I especially love the staff. Ravi was beyond helpful, courteous, personable and just amazing. I would give him 100 stars if I could!
Disliked · The only thing that was an issue was the room location to Main Street. As I am a light sleeper I heard everything that was happening outside of my window even with window closed and curtains drawn, Next time I will request a room on the other side of the hotel. Cambria has no control on the going-ons outside, but if it wasn't for the noise it would have been a perfect stay.

Unfortunately I didn't had the chance to explore. I was dropping off my daughter for College, so my time was consume by getting her settle and didn't had the chance to much more. The little that I saw I like it and so did my girls.

Nice clean room but I had requested a quiet room and I got a pretty noisy room as it was an adjoining room and I could hear everything from next door
I was definitely disappointed that I got a noisy room
Very pleased with breakfast options served in a clean area with precautions in place to keep guest safe.
I chose Marriott Residence primarily for location with easy access to Metro North and walking distance to downtown White Plains. My room was clean and spacious but lacked a few things such as hand soap in bathroom and coffee.
I know that Housekeeping is limited at this time but these minor details are important to most guests. I look forward to returning to White Plains and would stay at the Marriott on future visits.
Considering the exorbitant/gouging room rates of other White Plains lodging, this gulagesque pied-à-terrible was just what our visit required - a roof, a robust window air conditioner, a clean bed and bathroom, and a staff sufficiently proficient in English and mime to make for a pleasurable Spartan stay.
Comfortable room, very comfortable bed, good shower and plenty of lay down area in the bathroom. Cleaning throughout hotel was to a high standard, and reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was also good - close to mall and easy walk to numerous restaurants.
Never made it to breakfast, being handicapped was put in a non-handicapped room even after being told there might be one later in my stay. The room given to me by staff was the furthest from the lobby. They did replace down pillows to which I am extremely allergic.
The room was a great size with a nice big comfy bed. The shower was fantastic. All the staff I encountered in the hotel were helpful and friendly. We didn't use the pool facility but saw a lot of others using it.
Nice and comfortable hotel with a wonderful breakfast. Great staff! Close to restaurants, supermarkets and other stores. Parking also available (for extra charge) and was useful for us.
Size of the room, no carpet on the floor (unlike all hotels), full kitchen to cook, lots of light windows, big bathroom, starter kit with initial items for kitchen and bathroom
Hotel looked like it was half under construction. There were fans in the hallways the room was hot as hell and there was literal construction happening in the building.
