The outside is enhanced by ancient wisteria and there are remains in the grounds of artifacts used for the manufacture of the gunpowder reputed to be the finest in Europe. The staff was so friendly and helpful, we had a truly exceptional experience. Beautiful venue, friendly, professional staff. The room was very spacious with a beautiful terrace, the bed was very comfortable. It was worth every penny!

Ashdown Park is a beautiful property with wonderful staff. It was a quiet and rejuvenating location with beautiful scenery. we loved the views and decor in the drawing rooms and breakfast rooms. Also the chapel was a lovely space to admire. We appreciated the time Paul took to show us the intricacies of the stained glass.
