Happy Dragon Alley Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Beijing, a 3-minute walk from Zhangzizhong Road Subway Station (Line 5). Housed in a historic Beijing hutong. The staff were super helpful and welcoming. Any problems or questions they went out of their way to help. The communal breakfast / dining area was a great way to meet other travellers and all the staff. In the room, it was clean and all of the facilities worked well. Personally I chose this for the location. There is a short walk to the metro and from there most of the hotspots were a few stops and a transfer away. Or when I was feeling a little daring, I rented one of the bikes and rode to my destination which is another adventure. And that way was 20-30 minutes following along the roads.

The hotel is located within Daxing International Airport with a free shuttle bus leaving every 30 minutes to the airport. The staff are warm and friendly.

Located along the historic Qintai Path, Chengdu Wenjun Mansion Hotel (Kuanzhai Xiangzi Branch) is decorated in a traditional Chinese style, a 5-minute walk from Tonghuimen Subway Station (Line 2). We enjoyed our stay! It was in a good location - a stone's throw away from Chengdu Culture Park, Shufengya Yun, Tonghuimen Metro Station etc. The staff spoke perfect English and were always happy to help. Frank, the manager, kindly gave us complementary wine and recommended us places to go. The staff were also extremely helpful - shoutout to Belle, Kimberley, and Zoey. The breakfast buffet was good albeit more on the heavy side as most of the dishes were a bit too oily.

Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel completed an extensive renovation in 2022 through a design philosophy that follows contemporary aesthetics and community ambiance. The location is close to most shops and I get to experience the culture

The gorgeous Guangzhou Langham Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Pazhou International Exhibition Center. There was a wide variety to choose from and I having specific dietary needs was assisted by the staff quiet easily.

Hantang Inn Hostel Xi'an is centrally located in the heart of Xi'an, offering a unique blend of ancient Chinese and modern designs. This place is so well designed and ran! Staff are absolutely lovely, near really good food and sites. Couldn’t recommend it more!
