The hotel was very nice: clean, nicely furnished, well located. But the staff was just exceptional! Super professional, friendly, extremely helpful and honest. It’s safe to say that our trip wouldn’t be as enjoyable without Liezl’s help and tips, so we’re very grateful and would definitely recommend the place!

Location very good, nice walking to the Citadel and the center. Staff was very kind and professional. My wife, cleaning controller approved wit 10 rate. Breakfast rich and satisfying. The location of Petra Moon Luxury was amazing. The rooms were clean, spacious and exactly what we needed after a long day of trekking. The rooftop pool makes it the perfect choice for our trip. Since we were short on time, it was the staff who made it truly unforgettable - upon their advice we entered Petra around 13h30 (1pm) "from the back", meaning starting with the highest point, walking down (after a 50 min hike and a short bus ride) - which was totally worth it. Thank you for your great advice and this unforgettable stay.

The hotel is beautiful, top level, the views, the coral reef in the beach, everything is literally amazing. The food was delicious and very abundant, staff always happy to help. Chequi was a star and helped us constantly with anything we needed, she’s the best! Abdallah was very good as well, always worried about us and trying to help with anything. All the staff always smiling and in good mood, very good people!

Featuring 3-star accommodations, Beirut Hotel 2 New is located in Amman, a 2-minute walk from Al Hussainy Mosque and 0.8 miles from The Jordan Museum. So glad that we chose this hotel! Amman is huge and so crowded - your best bet is to stay downtown and avoid the (usual) hotel chains, which are all located quite far away. So, the location is unbeatable. The staff we met were top class throughout. Sam and Mesya on reception, but also the other young male working with Sam and the night receptionist as well were all absolutely great and helpful. In our trip this was by far the best hotel in terms of comfort and facilities. We also felt very safe at all times.
