Moatoga Hotel is a family-owned hotel, located in the heart of central Apia. I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and during my stay, I unfortunately broke my foot. From the moment it happened, the staff, particularly Fou and Ben, went above and beyond to take care of me. Ben called the ambulance, gave me his crutches (!), and Fou accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time, offering incredible support and comfort. The whole team felt like family—checking on me constantly while I was confined to my room for three days due to the injury. They also ensured I had everything I needed, from transportation to meals. I was truly amazed by the level of personal attention and care I received throughout my stay. This wasn’t just customer service; it felt like genuine compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about your well-being. They turned what could have been a difficult situation into a much more manageable and even heartwarming experience.

The owners of the property are extremely helpful in taking care of the requirements of the guests. They made us feel at home and provided all possible assistance beyond our expectations. Rooms were so nice and comfortable. Everything looks brand new! Location and shops in the same Plaza and nearby makes it even better! The best experience for me in Samoa!
