Location right on Leicester Sq so very convenient to meet with my London pals for a night out. Beautiful design. Smallish but brilliantly designed rooms. I’ll be back. Staff is professional, welcoming and helpful.

The staff is very kind and ready to answer any request or question. Excellent breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent in the city center and within walking distance of the main attractions.

Thistle London Trafalgar Square is located on a quiet street just off London's lively Leicester Square. Everyone has a problem on occasion. The fan coil was not working and the room was too hot. The desk staff determined the cause and, when the motor had to be replaced, moved us to a bigger, better room. This was just one example of their staff going out of their way to make our stay pleasant: Giving us directions to the theatre, recommending best way to get back to the airport, helping us book an Uber ride. Wonderful people!
