I loved the breakfast and having a drink at the bar was fun. Outstanding restaurant next door called Fervor with nice outdoor seating.

FAQs about hotels in Buenos Aires

Tango for Your Senses

Cosmopolitan and trendy with South American essence and European charm, Buenos Aires represents the living image of tango: elegant yet passionate and nostalgic. Surrounding its harbor and vastly populated by immigrants from the Old Continent, it is a faithful image of Argentina’s typical ethnic patchwork.

The enormous relief of Evita’s face at 9 de Julio Avenue, La Boca's humble and colorful streets, the stylish buildings along Avenida de Mayo, or the modernly refurbished docks in Puerto Madero: Buenos Aires is an exciting and captivating city, full of history and full of stories.

Some of the finest Buenos Aires hotels are located near the Casa Rosada, in the Montserrat district. A few blocks south, you can find hotels in San Telmo mixing modern style and old-fashioned architecture.

Just outside the center in Recoleta, there are beautiful early 20th-century hotels, mansions and embassies surrounded by greenery. Palermo hotels include a vast array of apartments, hostels and small boutique accommodations.

After arriving at Ezeiza International Airport, enjoy the rhythm of Buenos Aires and its many cultural offerings, fashionable shopping streets, its huge variety of restaurants, and the busy nightlife.

    Lots to see and explore.

Lots to see and explore. Nice big parks, interesting areas to walk around and explore, museums and activities. Must do a (free) walking tour to learn more about the city and its people. Great food and wine everywhere.. The metro is very good for moving around in the center, otherwise just use taxis. Speaking English is not a given, but somehow you communicate eventually. Beginning of May, and mosquitoes were a HUGE issue!

It is a hugh but lovely city. People were friendly and helpful. We planned a two part stay ith a trip to Patagonia in between. On first part we stayed closer in to town, by Florida shopping street. Great location to get orientated. Close enough walking to some major parts of the city. Also, short distant rides on Ubers which were very reasonable and a lot less than taxi's. Second part of stay we stayed in an apartment found on Booking.com in the district of Palermo which is more upscale Part of town. Both were great stay areas. Beautiful city with amazing architecture,

It's a city with a split personality - some things are really cheap and some really expensive, beautiful grand buildings and rundown buildings. We enjoyed our stay and saw a lot, enjoyed the food and the people were friendly and helpful despite us not speaking their language. It was really easy to get around, and cheap, to use taxi's or Uber. Didn't use the subway/train as the line near where we were staying was under repair.

I love the architecture and different buildings found Plaza de Mayo like.Casa Rosada, Cathedral, Obelisco. The beef was excellent. I am not a beef eater but after trying Argentinian beef i am a convert! Don Julio is the best! But you need to make reservation a month before. Malbec wine is fantastix Choripan at Alto Chori and San Telmo the best! Chicken Milanese at El Preferido. You should not miss this Take the Sherpa food tour. It was the besy The people though is not as warm as I expected Spanish speaking people like Peru. It's not bad, it's just their culture. Palermo isnthe best and if you want to buy leather go to Morillo. And if you are there on the weekend, spend an afternoon at.the SannTelmo Sunday market-highly recommended! Oh and the Tango show was the best at Tango Porteño

Buenos Aires, the dynamic capital of Argentina, enchants...

Buenos Aires, the dynamic capital of Argentina, enchants visitors with its blend of European elegance and Latin American flair. The city's picturesque landscapes, including iconic landmarks like Caminito street and Recoleta Cemetery, serve as a stunning backdrop for exploration. Culinary enthusiasts rejoice in the diverse gastronomic scene, offering everything from succulent steaks to flavorful empanadas, with options for healthier dining also available. However, the city's allure comes at a cost, as living expenses and shopping can be pricey compared to Brazilian standards. Nevertheless, Buenos Aires offers enriching excursions such as trips to Tigre Delta and Colonia del Sacramento, along with vibrant experiences like the San Telmo market and leisurely rides on tourist buses. In summary, Buenos Aires captivates with its beauty, culinary delights, and diverse attractions, ensuring an unforgettable journey for travelers seeking a taste of Argentine culture.

The flat is located in the best suburb of Buenos Aires, Recoleta, full of bars and restaurants, also pretty safe. The unit is beautiful and it has everything in order to make you feel like home. The communication with Vale was fluid and accurate. She was checking on us all the time, which is great and helpful. I've been so many times in Buenos Aires and this has been my best experience ever! Also, Vale was so helpful with something very valuable that I left by mistake in the apartment and she made sure to save for me and give it back.

This is a budget hotel, and offers good value for money. The location is great , with some excellent restaurants nearby including Sintesas Tapas Asiaticas (across the road) which offers Asian food, a nice change for travellers. Recoleta is a good location to visit some of Buenos Aires tourist attractions. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but the nearby restaurants make up for that. Very good location in the Recoleta area of Buenos Aires directly across the street from a park. Onsite restaurant very good with excellent service. I also liked the bar area and drinks. It was hot when I was there so I also used the pool on the roof. Nice to have that option as not all hotels in BA have an outside pool. Room had all amenities you would want. Liked bedside reading lamps. Not all hotels have good lighting for reading in bed. I would stay here again.

The hotel is well located to reach most major attractions in BA easily. The rooms are sweet and the bed is super comfortable. Also breakfast is really good and fresh, with great coffee that comes along. But the best benefit to mention about this venue is the staff - super friendly and helpful. And they all speak perfect English - which is not a usual thing - especially at smaller places - in Buenos Aires. Loved my stay here and would recommend it to my friends.

Front desk service was the best that we received in our Argentina trip. Advice on places for lunch while they managed check in was no problem, nor was arranging transport to the airport. Our room was excellent - spacious and comfortable. We loved the boutique feel of the Hotel Mio and the location in Recoleta suited us perfectly. We could duck across to the cemetery when it opened at 9am for an hour or so before we headed out to Ezeiza.

Great location - we could see the free tango shows on a sunday from our balcony and the street market is on the corner! Lots of great bars and restaurants very close by, felt safe to walk around and you can walk into the main plaza in about 15mins. To get to recoleta or palermo is a short taxi or easy metro ride. The staff reply to whatsap queries very quickly which was really helpful on our first trip to south America!
