I loved that the property was completely self service! It made it so easy to arrive and get comfortable right away! The garden area was lovely! The room was spacious with a super comfortable bed!! Delicious breakfast!

Super friendly and helpful staff. We had a junior suite with a balcony and it was roomy and well appointed. Even though the weather was hot, the room stayed cool when we closed the windows. The breakfast was excellent too. I would stay there again.

- good beds - good breakfast - nice staff - clean and nice bathroom - location (close to the train station) - received free train tickets for me and my family for the whole 3 days we stayed, this is a very good thing if you want to travel around and not worry about parking your car

I really liked the location. It was close to the city center and main attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a good Halal variety. The Summer Card was a great bonus, it saved us money and made it easy to explore the area.

    Kaprun is a very nice place for someone interested in spending 3/4 days for outdoor activities and hiking in the nearby mountains. There are a lot of possibilities for visiting the mountains with the Teleferik although a bit expensive for a family of 4 persons.

    The Geography and skiing are everyone's reason for going to Kaprun. They are both excellent. The town itself was pretty quiet in early April. Pizza shops dominated the dining seen. Some of the business had Arabic words written on their signs. I don't believe that these words were necessary for Arab travelers, but detract from the authentic alpine atmosphere. The ski lift was my favorite facility. The Aplenhaus restaurant was the best place to eat. I would avoid going up the mountain on anything but the first lift in the moring

    Skiing Kaprun / Zell am See in March is excellent but the weather can be changeable . Also can be busy on the glacier at times and the route back to the Alpincentrr can be bumping and very congested. Great apres ski options at the bottom of the maiskogelbahn . Baumbar and Paletti are particularly excellent . The Bründl shop / ski hire location at the foot of the maiskogel provide lockers which are brilliant when you finish for the day to deposit your skis and boots , change into normal shoes and hit the apres ski entertainment. Great staff here as wel , always helpful and friendly

    Kaprun has a small town feel about it.

    Kaprun has a small town feel about it. Roads are kept clear and the area spotlessly clean. Everything we need for skiing or just enjoying a winter break is available. Fellow tourists and locals are all great company.

    I was there because I was skiing on the glacier.

    I was there because I was skiing on the glacier. The ski slopes are fine. Generally, conditions are good because they are placed at high altitudes. I like the size of Kaprun town. It's not too big. I recommend going there for skiing.

    Very nice new, comfortable appartment, has everything you can possibly need. We stayed as family with 1 child and dog. Instructions sent on time, with all info you can possibly need. Car park in centre of Kaprun is free of charge - on the doorstep of breathtaking cable cars. Skiing supreme! Takes 3-4 minutes drive to ski lift; or shopping in local Billa with fab Austrian delicacies 🤓😍. Sauna was brilliant, everything is superbly clean, owners friendly & polite!

    Comfortable unit for a small family (up to two kids). Unit was pretty small but very well equipped- there was even an air-condition at the unit (pretty rare in this area) which was highly needed due to an extreme hot weather. In addition there is a shared laundry room at the facility. Finally - we received the Zell am see Kaprun sommer card at the beginning of our stay which saved us a lot of expenses.

    Highly recommended for travelers with a car. Parking in the yard. Very peaceful hotel on the outskirt of Kaprun ( could see ‘Milka’s cows on green slope from balcony). Spent 5 days and used hotel as a base for hiking - Kitzsteinhorn cable car in 15 min. on foot, Grossglockner road, Saalbach etc. in 30-60 min. by car.

    Perfect hotel in centre of Kaprun. Walking distance to the Maiskogelbahn. No need to use ski bus. Very good food, we definitely recommend half-board. Spa center nice but in the time of our stay, Finnish sauna was out of order so the spa was a bit crowded. View of Kitzsteinhorn was just amazing.

    Amazing staff, very clean and nice room, delicious breakfast, great facilities (sauna, storage room for skis) and super nice location between two lifts. We definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we visit Kaprun in the future.
