On the way to the place, my wife and I using Waze got lost. I called La Camarine for assistance. And this is to acknowledge the staff on duty - LOUBNA. Firstly, she sent me a location to my phone. And when I can't make a fix on the location - she actually offered to DRIVE TO WHERE WE ARE AND FOLLOW HER to the place. I want all to know that this is doing more than "the extra mile" for customer satisfaction! Kudos to Loubna!

    Lisa and Pat where excellent hosts. Lisa gave us a great recommendations about hiking in the surrounding area and restaurants in Quebec. We followed her advise to the T and had a great time. They have a farm not far from the Hotel with beautiful horses that we had a pleasure interacting with. The food served was also excellent.

    The location and surrounding is great. The rooms are big, clean, the apartment layout is nice and includes all the facilities you need. Did not have time to check the pool. I liked the place but needs more and better maintenance, has a great potential.

    The mezzanine room is well designed and spacious to accommodate a family with kids. The chalet location is very good, only several minutes away from the slopes. Having a balcony was an added bonus.
