As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. This fabulous 3 bedroom villa is located in Pernera, on the popular Palm Villa and Apartment complex. The resort centre and beaches of Pernera are just a a few minutes walk away and Protaras centre is also within easy reach. The villa is an excellent choice for families and groups who want to be located close to all the resort amenities. Modern and spacious, the villa is fully equipped with everything required for a relaxing stay. It features a comfortable open-plan living area, dining area with seating for 6 persons and a fitted kitchen with modern appliances. There is also a downstairs W/C. Upstairs, the villa has 2 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Outside, the villa has a sunny and spacious private pool and garden area, with sun loungers and patio furniture. There is an outside Jacuzzi (optional extra cost 35 Euros per day) and pool heating is also available (optional extra cost 35 Euros per day). There is also the option of bed and breakfast or half board upgrade where you are able to dine at the well established Mojito Bar and Grill. Free WIFI and satellite TV are available

Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. The resort is lively during the summer months and hosts a varied selection of restaurants, bars and shops, suitable for couples and families of all ages. A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. The promenade is lit up during the evenings and features a number of eateries and bars that can be enjoyed from morning until late evening. Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area. Popular beaches in Pernera include Kalamies Beach, Pernera Beach and Marlita Beach, all of which are ideal for swimming and offer a selection of fun watersports.
