Stayed their for only one night as we were picking up a cruise the next day. Everything was good and the service was exceptional. As two senior women travelling I was very happy that the resort provided a wonderful person to pick us up at the airport and then he took us to the cruise port the next morning. I would definately stay their again. Also we arrived late evening so most eating places were closed so the owner made us an amazing pizza. This was a wonderful jesture as we were both tired from a long travel day and just wanted to relax. This was much appreciated.

Bahia Principel Bougainville adult only resort was a very comfortable reasonably priced resort. Like the concept of a large “load” activity pool and equally large a quiet pool both serving good drink selection.
And service. The food was very good in both buffets and a la cart restaurants.we like the Bahia app through which to easily make reservations for restaurants. IF you are a golfer the PGA Ocean course was great!

La Romana is a town with lots of shopping malls, heavy traffic, construction sites so quite noisy place.
Getting around is difficult unless you have a car.
We enjoyed the stay inside our accommodation, did not see much of the town.

I don't give a damn if the hotel is compliant with the green idiots! I wanted someone to help me get a comfortable mattress topper, to no avail! Maybe they should invest in hiring people speaking English
We LOVED Las Palmas Eco Residence. The garden that surrounds the hotel is beautiful, very well maintained & very quiet. The facilities are very clean, they have everything you need and the staff is very nice and helpful.
The beach is literally 2 minutes away, where you will also find restaurants and bars.
Things I recommend you do are (Saona Island and Catalina Island) are very beautiful, you can look for information directly with the hotel
Fantastic small hotel. Rooms were very modern and clean. 10mins away from cruise terminal so it’s an excellent choice to start your cruise.
We also had a problem when coming home as the transfer I purchased through booking.com didn’t turn up due to mechanical problems and it’s 1hour drive to Punta Cana airport so we were very Upset. Vito was amazing and managed to get us a local taxi right away. Can’t thank him enough.
Very clean, alive is much better as on the photos here, cozy and comfortable. The bed was comfortable too , there is a little terrace , opportunity for a parking, very hell apartment and for one person absolutely enough. And one more time - very clean, I will book again if I need. A washmashine is there too (normally not often to be there in a lot of such apartments in La Romana)
Staff was so polite and efficient. The place is huge but we had a golf cart! The Marina, Altos de Chavon and Minitas Beach were amazing places, we had dinner at Causa and lunch at Minitas and then we relaxed in the adults only infinity pool. It was a short but wonderful stay, we got to eat delicious food and we enjoyed a lot.
This little, lovely hotel is located some 150 m from the Cozy Caleta beach - on the outskirts of La Romana city. Gua-gua (minibus) will take you there for just 40 pesos, in the walking distance you will find bakery, grocery and other little shops. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast very tasty.
The host was very friendly! She gave us some good recommendations for nearby restaurants. The bed was comfortable and there was everything we needed for cooking. I liked that the host let me use their nearby hotel when I needed to work, which had much faster wifi! The smart tv in the bedroom was also nice.
The hotel was everything and more for my family and I! We never wanted to leave!
The rooms and bed were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious and the staff were exceptional in their service!
You will definitely have a great time staying at this hotel- I will make it my business to go back!
The location was very convenient - because we had people coming from Punta Cana and Santo Domingo airport for a family event. The beach was clean, and the pool was very well maintained.
Rooms - housekeeping people could do better - sometimes they forgot to map the floor, replace the towels, etc.
Location is a little out,but i think thats good, can hop a local bus for cheap.la romana itself is not my cup of tea.main area blaring stereos ruining youre eating experience.the owner of the villas is a very friendly man, wine connoisseur, and a wealth of help there.its a quiet retreat.
Location not safe so I didin't like at all i stay only 2 nights and move out withouth getting my money back I was attack about 200 m. from hotel , present I am injure in few places in my body, and have damage gold chain and stolen gold medalion
It is a house with a hotel service. They clean every day and make your rooms. It is an old house, but very, very clean. Will be back for sure. They take good care of us.Thanks to the staff.
The accommodation is lovely, and the staff even more so. A great location if you're going to a baseball game in La Romana.
The breakfast served in the morning was great!
amazing luxurious hotel - much nicer than on the photos!
would definitely come back. the food and drinks were great, especially at the a la carte restaurants
