A spectacular pool gave us the feeling we were at a resort when we were right in the middle of town--a short walk to everything, including the world-renowned Bayahibe Beach. The front desk staff was welcoming and so helpful with any request. I loved that there was parking right in front of the hotel. So convenient.
We should have stayed here longer!!

My family and I (including an elderly person) were "stranded." We paid for a tour which include drop off in the morning and pick up at the end. After waiting almost 2 hours and the location closing, we had to find a taxi to bring us back to the hotel. Every time we came, they would tell us he'd be there in 5 minutes..... again, 5 minutes turned into 2 hours and we took a taxi out

Bayahibe small and cozy, easy to drive, we were there to look for possible place to live. However the europeans have locked up the town and are building many apartment complex's for tourism. Too expensive to rent or buy in Bayahibe. Nice place to visit at Villa Baya for 4 days and that is it. 30 tour bus's bring in 2000 people daily from all over to go on catamaran tours, particularly to Isla Saona I suspect, as well as the scuba business. When the apartment complexs are finished in the next 2 to 3 years, Bayahibe is going to be totally overcrowded I suspect. I asked about snorkel tour for a couple hours. $150 usd!!!!! OUCH!! I am a snorkeler as well as a dedicated swimmer.

This is a very safe feeling small village.
This is a very safe feeling small village. We never felt unsafe as we walked around during days or nights. The restaurants along the waterfront served great food at very reasonable prices. Most of the waitstaff do not speak English which made for a bit of fun. I highly recommend taking a full day trip to Saona Island if you are traveling to Bayahibe.

Bayahíbe is an excellent place.
Bayahíbe is an excellent place. Nice view and it is closer from the SDQ airport than Punta Cana.
The beach was pretty safe and there is a lot of security staff all around the place. No problem with that.
The beach is not too salty, and the sand is clean and white. I really liked Bayahíbe.
This was a great place to just crash for one night (arrive late and leave early): it's centrally located, more affordable than other locations in town and the staff was truly great. The breakfast in a nearby restaurant was very simple but sufficient for a light start of the day and the setting was nice.
I really appreciated the opportunity to pay by payPal as I could not pay by cash (which is the only thing they accept).
Many thanks to the front desk staff who helped me make last minute arrangements for my day in Bayahibe.
Loved the location, right in the middle of everything. Loved the rooftop pool and bar--a great place to get views of the entire area. Liked that there was gated parking across the street. Liked that there was a large bottle of water in the hallway to refill our water bottles (so many hotels provide only one little bottle of water). Liked that there was a refrigerator for leftovers and drinks. I loved that there were screens on the windows so we could open them without letting mosquitos in.
We had a fantastic experience at the Royal La Romana hotel and we cannot fault our stay really. The duplex room was huge, full of amenities and details and super comfortable, which made our stay really enjoyable. The staff at the hotel is very kind and attentive. We found mixed reviews about the food in other comments at the time of booking but we cannot complain; we tried almost every option at lunch and dinner from the adults only area and they mostly exceeded our expectations.
Typical structure and environment! Close to both bayahibe beaches. The hotel also provides the possibility of booking a sightseeing tour of the country with a local guide... unique! Don't worry about the absence of the reception service because thanks to the virtual assistance and a representative present in the structure all your requests will be satisfied. We also booked the excursion to Saona island on their website. exciting... Saona wonderful water!
The main treasure of the hotel are the receptionists, Noemi and Chiara. Seen hundreds of hotels in my life but very rarely have I met such a professional, friendly, polite, all-knowing employees at the reception, and they are also cute ladies as well.
Location is good, far away from colmados and all that music 24/7 but still pretty close to the beach. You can catch a guagua to La Romana or Dominicus 3 meters from the hotel.
Amazing people, perfect food and drink, even better location with amazing and absolutely clean beach. Yveline from the hotel called us several times during our stay just asking whether everything goes as expected.
I do recommend having the privileged type of stay as beach with better beach-chairs and additional food&drink is available along with some other room-related benefits (later check-out, 24/7 room service etc.)
This hotel was out last stop in the country and we loved the big room with a large king size bed, a desk to work, AC, hot water and a fridge. Everything we needed. There's a common area as well which you could use to cook or in our case to work. I made yoga in the mornings on the roof top.
You've get breakfast in the morning included and we had a problem with our AC, so Danny and his staff helped us out directly.
I liked the parking location. for the hotel. but I didn't like the owner screaming at employees and at different times during the day. It kept me up from sleeping in the afternoon. It is better to take an employee to the side to an office to explain any disagreement with them. I had felt very comfortable with the the staff, but the owner keeps antagonizing the employees with any issue he has with them..
One of the best hosts we ever had! He drove us also from Punta Cana and towards Romana before/after our stay. Once again a big thanks! The Hotel is also good, but the prices for drinks are really expensive. But there is a minimarket down the road, and a fridge right in your room.
Lovely, little cosy hotel with individual decks and an area to sit outside. Friendly people working there. Breakfast included at a restaurant down the road which was adequate. Great location to the beach, bus station and restaurants. Stayed 4 nights and it was perfect.
I have visited most all inclusive in Punta Cana mainly and can only mention 1 that was also good but Dreams appears to exceed everything people and staff , food ,easy access , the spa , the yoga in the am and e resides at least 3 times a day
The hotel is located in a great area, close to the beach and other amenities. The rooms have a nice balcony and are clean. Jose, the hotel owner, also kindly gave us fruits and pastries for breakfast. Great value for money.
The aparthotel was lovely. The staff was very helpful. Yokasta was smiley, friendly and super helpful. Very well located with loads of nice restaurants nearby. The beach is within walking distance
Well located near the beach and dive shops. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Not a terrible price in comparison to some of the other hotels in the area.
The staff was SUPER friendly and nice. The food in all the restaurants and buffets are TOP!!🤤. The hotel is super clean, the pools and the beach, beautifull and quiet.
Hotel staff is great. The bedrooms are spacious with a king size bed. There is a nice roof top bar with fair prices. They also serve good food there too.
