As the city that brought paella to the world, Valencia is a culinary delight. Don't miss out on sipping fresh, local orange juice or enjoying tasty tapas in a sidewalk café.
Wandering this relaxed city is like taking a walk through history. From the Roman remains in the archaeological museum to the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences, the architecture ranges from the dramatic to the sublime. A mix of styles from the outside, medieval Valencia Cathedral comes into its own inside. The gilt carvings and vibrantly-painted dome are a sight to behold.
The greatest triumph of city planning is the Turia River Park. Created on the bed of a redirected river, it provides much-needed shade in a city with an impressive sunshine record. Of course, you can always cool down on the fantastic beaches, lapped by warm Mediterranean waters.
Former hosts of the European Grand Prix, Valencians take their sport seriously and so they should. Try to take in a match at the 75,000-seater Valencia FC stadium to experience the electric atmosphere.
As Spain’s 3rd largest city, Valencia has wild nightlife, so if that’s your cup of tea, city center hostels are a great choice. Alternatively, Booking.com also has guesthouses, central apartments and even hotels near Valencia Airport.
Beautiful city. Magnificent buildings, tree lined streets, many parks. Hundreds of cafes and restaurants. Good value. Some old buildings (e.g. Cathedral) date from around 12th / 14th century.
Good public transport. Close to beaches.
5 massive modern futuristic buildings e.g. Aquarium, Science museum, Opera house etc. Many cycle lanes.

Will never get enough of Valencia, just love the city and can walk around there for days. It has everything you need in a city. Visit the Turia for its green nature and cosiness, the sea with the beautiful beaches, neigbourhood around Xativa for shopping and Russafa for the nightlife. And there's so much more....

The science park and aquarium are amazing if only for the architecture. The old river bed park could keep you amused all day and teh way it curves around the old town means you can dip in and out easily.

Second visit, Valencia is a hidden gem.
Second visit, Valencia is a hidden gem. Perfect for a weekend break. Fabulous architecture and lovely restaurants all within easy walking distance. Plus the modern buildings on the way to the beach. Valencia has it all. Forget Madrid and Barcelona, Valencia being smaller is much more personal and because of this is a better location for a weekend visit.
The location was perfect. The apartment was super clean and quiet. All beds and appliances and furnishings were newer. There were ample supplies for the kitchen and bathroom (which often is missing at rentals). The laundry facilities were a savior for a family traveling as light as we were. Alex and the staff were very responsive and helpful with restaurant and site recommendations. Overall, our favorite place to stay in Spain across 4 cities visited.
Hotel was beautifully modern and air conditioned, rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and hardworking. Staff were very accomodating. Views from the rooms were wonderful - black out curtains were amazing - we've never slept so well. Location was OK - very close to a supermarket and some restaurants, a little out of the way but the local transport was cheap and easy to use and the metro stop was literally outside the hotel.
the staff were really friendly. the location is great, right on the beach. we used only the indoor pool
as we went in February and it was great. swam each morning with our 1 year old. the beds and pillows were so comfortable. the staff organised a baby bed for us which was waiting for us when we arrived (often find hotels forget and then have to sort it while you’re waiting). the rooms were cleaned every day with new coffee and little chocolates left.
This is one of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in my life! Completely on a league of its own when it comes to European hotels. Huge. Clean. Efficient. Feature-complete. The hotel's location could not be better (a little difficult to reach, if anything) just a couple of teeny tiny blocks from the city's main square. Staff was friendly and efficient beyond expectations. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Valencia.
Parking location was accessible directly from the Hotel and provided a secure garage for our car. Not cheap, but worth it.
Terrace rooftop bar was a great getaway spot in the evening and the limited menu was surprisingly good. The breakfast buffet is impressive but pricey if you only lean towards a small, continental type of breakfast like we do.
It was the second time for us when had booked this place. Is situated near the metro station, and also near the bus station in case you will choose it to go on the beach (nr 32)
It’s quite during the night and the check in was easy to make. Also, you have a cafe just on the corner, near the hotel where you can have your cafe in the early morning .
Stunning hotel in the centre of Carmen old town. Calm and elegant ambiance. Lovely staff who gave great restaurant recommendations. We stayed in a junior suite with a view over the piazza. 3m x 1m walk-in double shower. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. Definitely go for lunch at the Valencia Marina Club.
Thank you for a lovely stay!
These was the best experience that we had in Spain. From the hotel to the whole experience in Valencia . When we arrived to the hotel, the staff receive us so well, and they explain us everything about what we could do in Valencia. They were so attentive and friendly with us. The hotel was beautiful and so centrical.
It's a very modern and sophisticated take on a boutique hotel. The location is spot on with just throw away from old town but a bit hidden away same time. What makes this place special is its staff. So friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The place is extremely clean and really well looked after.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and for sure next time we will stay there again. We liked everything from communication with staff, easy access, extreme cleanliness, the perfect location ( you have everything that you need next to you)! One of the best hotels in Valencia value for money.
The accommodation is directly on the beach, restaurants are close by and are very good, both in terms of price and selection. Two bus stops of the hop on hop off bus are also very close to the hotel. This is also very positive. Overall, we had a good time, the reception staff is very nice!
Location was great, right on the beach. Accommodations were very nice and the most comfortable bed in Spain out of 5 other hotels. Owner gave us great instructions on getting our keys on whatsapp. Only problem is that I would have liked to stay a little longer!
Beautiful new hotel in an old building. Large spacious room with full kitchen facilities and very comfortable. Right in the centre of Valencia close to the main market and near many of the famous sites. Surrounded by bars and restaurants.
Nice place if you are looking for a cheap stay for a couple. It's not out-of-town and the nearest metro station is quite close to it. The hotel is placed above a nice bakery which serves fine breakfasts. The towels were changed daily.
Fab location, really unbeatable in that respect and the desk is manned 24/7. If the price is as cheap as chips and you really don't mind hostel style noise or fittings then go for it, if you want a hotel, hotel then not this one
Perfect central location, clean and modern room, functional design, and the best service in Spain! It was also great value with a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.
