Out of our 16 stays in Spain and Portugal from March 1 to today, April 24, this was by far the best. The location was perfect with quick and easy access to shopping, cafes, bars, and restaurants, and major attractions. Many are within walking distance and some are a short (about 8-9 euro) cab ride. Cabs are easy to get but Uber was not dependable. The hotel is modern with a nice reception area and very helpful and friendly staff. Nice rooms (no view) with a bed so big it could hold mom, dad, and 2 children😂. All areas were sparkling clean. The restaurant and bar were superb with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The food options were of good variety and included a full meal option of your choice of foods for 15.95 euro. Breakfast was good, standard European buffet for 15.95 euro. Access to parking under the hotel was very convenient through a lobby elevator.
Hotel Turia is next to Valencia Bus Station, and 1148 feet from Turia Metro Station. Set across the Turia Park from the Botanical Gardens, it is a 20-minute walk from the cathedral.

The hotel was perfect. We stayed two nights, one upon arrival in Spain and another night when leaving. The customer service is outstanding. Carlota went above and beyond upon our arrival giving information on Valencia and provided a complimentary bottle of Cava since it was my birthday. Augustin and Andrea also provided excellent service during both of our stays, as well as the young man who escorted my daughter to the taxi when we were leaving. The location is as central as you can find. The best part was the comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was awesome as well as the Rituals body products. I can’t comment on the breakfast since we didn’t partake.

As the city that brought paella to the world, Valencia is a culinary delight. Don't miss out on sipping fresh, local orange juice or enjoying tasty tapas in a sidewalk café.
Wandering this relaxed city is like taking a walk through history. From the Roman remains in the archaeological museum to the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences, the architecture ranges from the dramatic to the sublime. A mix of styles from the outside, medieval Valencia Cathedral comes into its own inside. The gilt carvings and vibrantly-painted dome are a sight to behold.
The greatest triumph of city planning is the Turia River Park. Created on the bed of a redirected river, it provides much-needed shade in a city with an impressive sunshine record. Of course, you can always cool down on the fantastic beaches, lapped by warm Mediterranean waters.
Former hosts of the European Grand Prix, Valencians take their sport seriously and so they should. Try to take in a match at the 75,000-seater Valencia FC stadium to experience the electric atmosphere.
As Spain’s 3rd largest city, Valencia has wild nightlife, so if that’s your cup of tea, city center hostels are a great choice. Alternatively, Booking.com also has guesthouses, central apartments and even hotels near Valencia Airport.
A city of contrasts. Wonderful gothic, historic buildings in the centre. Incredible modern architecture in the City of Arts & Sciences a short distance away. Food and drink plentiful and excellent. We took the tourist hop on bus which gave us an overview. Easy city to walk around. We ate locally to our apartment near the Central market in the evenings and had some fantastic food.

it was easy to get around with public transport or you could walk to a lot of places. people were very very helpful but you do need a map.
all the cafes/restaurants were very cheap and the food was good (although sometimes you got plates at different times which we are not used to) but all adds to the charm .

Valencia is a very good Spainsh city.
Valencia is a very good Spainsh city. The thing are affordable and there are very different activities that you can do!
It is ver walkable which is a positive point.
There are a lot of green spaces around the city.
A lot of diversity of: bars, coffee shosps, restaurants and clubs.
Transportation is very good and works very well, both public and taxis. I dont advise people to use uber is more expensive and takes longer because there are not a lot of drivers.
The beach is good but not the best, I guess If I had a car I could have had explored better beaches not in Valencia valencia.
Definetly want to come back and enjoy another weekend in this wonderful city!

I’ve marked all wort to visit objects of València before arrival as the most tourist do. And skipped a lot of them. Let me explain.
The most of catholic churches look the same everywhere, “plaza” is an empty space unless filled with people and action. I’ve walked around old town for half a day blended in to the crowd, observing, listening, getting sense of interactions, mood and
building the sense of culture here.
But, futuristic looking Science Center with IMAX Hemisphere and Ocean Center are unique to València. Inspiring architecture, live and interesting experiences there contributed to overall picture of València and its heritage.
Please bear in mind that old riverbed with multiple parks and playa de la Malvarossa are another pieces not to be left out.
I’ve stopped at Granier for a cup of coffee Cortado. Unfortunately, as a solo traveler I couldn’t get a seat at the famous paella house La Pepica. Maybe next time.

Valencia is one of those rare cities where you can combine city centre sightseeing with a day or more at the beach.
We went to Madrid last October and Valencia is in my opinion less polished but perhaps that makes it more authentic. And Madrid doesn't have an enormous beach & marina does it?
The Metro is very easy to negotiate and cheap! 13 euros for unlimited 3 days of use.
Metro / tram stations are not as regular in the city centre as perhaps I'd have liked but the ticket covers the buses as well but we just walked a bit further
we did 4 days 3 nights but truth is we would happily have stayed longer
Certainly worth a visit
Excellent location on the beach. Large, bright room. Good shower. Comfortable bed. The parking was great. The hotel say you can park on the street but that is aspirational. It is the free parking for the beach. You can double park on the quiet street, drop your bags and the hotel will give you a ticket for the underground parking very close. The lady at reception took lots of time to show me how to get into the parking, even though there were people waiting to check in, Very helpful service.
Rather big nice balcony and super helpful staff. Nice and generous breakfast, although on the second day there was a short discussion on what's included for hotel guests. The hotel is very nicely located, 5 to 10 min walk to Oceanografic and museums. Relatively close to Airport, close to public transport and shopping areas. In Valencia taxis are astonishingly cheap and you can get anywhere by taxi or public transport.
It's on The Beach, what's not to like? Location very good. Breakfast was good but sort of limited - you choose from an a la carte menu. The restaurant of the hotel is very good, some nights have programs. Awesome. Food is good. My room was small, but cozy, and nice. I liked being there when I needed to do some work without distractions. And then you just go downstairs for a coffee. All in all, loved it.
A 5 star boutique hotel where all the staff want to give their guests an amazing customer experience. Right in the heart of the old town the location is amazing, the food is excellent and the bedrooms really comfortable. The hotel has a roof top bar where you can sample the signature cocktails and watch the sun set. Cant want to go back.
super clean
super nice bellboy gentlemen, dark hair, white skin staff pls give him an award for customer’s service. finally a one peace kingsize bed, for all other 4 hotels in spain had 2 twin beds joined. the bed and pillows super comfy. bonus is the Bvulgari shampoo etc which are of five stars guests and smell amazing
Beautiful hotel design. Lots of natural light and mirrors in the room. Fancy products in the bathroom. Great service -- 24-hour check-in for our late flight arrival. Amazing breakfast!! Location is close-ish to the airport. Valencia seems small overall though so not sure if that would be true for a lot of hotels.
the location was terrific. the cathedral is (no kidding) 10 yards from the front door. the management was friendly and superb. the room was large comfortable and well decorated. we were in Spain for 2 weeks and stayed at a range of hotels including high end. this was our favorite and at a great price
This is a beautiful hotel. The location is excellent, allowing an easy stroll through the Old Town. Lots of restaurants and boutique shops around. The staff were very friendly and helpful- best hospitality of the places we have had so far. The experience was very calming. Can recommend.
This was by far the best hostel I stayed at in Spain! Friendly and helpful staff, clean, nice kitchen, good social area, discounts for bike rentals, free community meal, free drink… Met a lot of cool people here as the vibe is awesome. It’s also cheap to stay at.
Great boutique hotel in the old town of Valencia. It is within walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants. Reception staff were very pleasant and lobby is a nice place to sit and relax. The bedroom was a reasonable size and a nice continental breakfast.
A good hotel located on a quiet street in Valencia old town, close to Turia park. The room, the bed, the bathroom were all comfy. In the room there was a desk and a chair, both looking comfortable to work with a laptop (I haven't tried to though).
Lovely boutique hotel; clean and modern style, sizeable bedroom and bathroom. Plentiful breakfast was great value for €9. All the staff I met (receptionists, barista, cleaner) were warm and friendly. Location is perfect for visiting the old town.
The staff were particularly friendly and the rooms were quite luxurious for a hotel that was cheaper than a Travelodge in London! Everything was immaculately clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back.
Excellent room, comfortable bed, breakfast was so amazing the best we have ever had in Spain. Restaurant has good food and service. Next to the bus station.
