The beach is excellent but currently no sun beds on any of the beaches due to an ongoing dispute with the council we was informed by a local. Excellent restaurants and bars in Aguadulce and not to far from Almeria city centre (€14 in a taxi/cheaper bus option available) we had breakfast most days in Maricastaña overlooking the marina and sea, good food and drinks and good prices. Casa Puga for traditional tapas in the centre of Almeria a must visit. Aguadulce was nice and quiet in April, not a massively touristy location which suited us.

This aparthotel is very clean with lovely sea views. Close to everything and a great supermarket at the back on the hotel. Friendly staff who checked us in quickly and recommended parking in the free underground car park opposite. For the price I would say worthwhile especially as the balcony is so big with table chairs and two sunbeds. We were on floor 2 but would request floor 3 next time

We were in deep off-season, so many places were closed, but that suited us perfectly for a post-Christmas rest break.
The hotel restaurant met our needs perfectly throughout our stay, and in mid- and high season there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We stayed in Aguadulce in Feb/March - off Season.
We stayed in Aguadulce in Feb/March - off Season. It was very pleasant, with Supermarkets, a Laundry, several ATMs, Cafes and Restaurants within an easy walk. The town is quiet and we felt very safe wandering about. The Beach and Marina are 10 mins walk away from our Hotel. There are many Mature trees and Parks nearby, all contributing to a very pleasant town to stay in.
Great Hotel, excellent location on the marina next to the beach and not far from Almeria city centre in a taxi (€14) comfortable clean spacious rooms with balcony (worth paying extra for) over looking the marina, friendly helpful staff, excellent bar for drinks (beer and glass of Rioja came to €6.40) good selection of restaurants and bars for breakfast/dinner on the marina next to the hotel (Maricastaña excellent and Casa Puga in Almeria old town must visit for tapas) also spa and gym facilities at the hotel. Would stay again 100%.
Beautiful modern aparthotel, apartments are very spacious and well equipped, great location, quiet but with all amenities nearby. Fully equipped kitchen, better than we expected, spacious rooms. Clean. Automatic check-in, but we were greeted by one of the staff and helped through the process which was easy and quick. Short stroll to the beach. Defintetely would recommend 100% and if coming back to Aguadulce, would book again!
Great place to stay, very helpful and friendly staff, easy self-check-in, free garage space included, very clean room on the 8th floor with balconies and sea view in my case. Good location with many restaurants and groceries around, close to the beach 10 minutes walk. Fast Internet, large screen TV, fully equipped room, everything you need for your stay. Almeria 15-minute drive by car, not far.
everything was beautiful and hygienic. fast check-in. the lady of the house was very kind and easy to reach on the phone. the appartement was amazing, the vieuw is wonderful the best vieuw you can have over aguadulce. parking was easy in front of the apartment. the kitchen bathroom have everything you need to cook or wash clothes. I would definitely come again.
Location of the Hotel was good, easy to find just off the A7, it was also not far from the coast. The Hotel decor in Reception was stunning & all areas were very well decorated. The room was huge with a mountain view & outside seating area but could do with an update. My husband played golf & the price was very reasonable. Dinner & breakfast were really good.
Great location and our room was even bigger than expected. The hotel catered to our special requests and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The space was very comfortable and the bed was too. Very clean as well. This was amazing value for the money. You will likely need a car to access it as we had, I imagine public transport would take a long time
Beautiful location: he hotel is directly on the beach, opposite the marina, with high mountains in the background. The sea was quite cold ( ir was preseason, May) , but I was able to swim regularly in the smaller but always clean swimming pool The room was large, with view to the mountains, and the breakfast was wonderful.
The location of the apartment was excellent overlooking the port. My sat-nav directed me to the other end of Aguadulce but Oriana came to me and directed me to the apartment. What a wonderful host. Had a bonus of excellent weather for January. Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday treat to myself and will definitely return.
Lovely hotel, great helpful staff, loved the location, Aguadulce is a lovely town with a beautiful marina, lovely for a relaxing holiday.
Hotel was spotlessly clean and good beach across the road.
