It was overall amazing, the hut on the lake was very private and super cozy, the sauna was great and super easy to handle and we even got to see the northern lights. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend it. The huts are comfy and have heating and the Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch

The surrounding is really amazing. Kids can do sledge. We can do a hike. Even bathroom is outside, they're very close and clean. We never need to wait to use. Gigi is very nice.

The hosts welcomed us, showed and explained about the property. Very easy to contact them since they live nearby. The property and the surrounding area are beautiful. It's a bit far from downtown Rovaniemi (about 30 mins). Most tour will charge extra for pick up. No problem if you have rental car.

I booked this hotel for my sister and niece and they have enjoyed the experience. The room has kitchen facilities and the staff welds extremely friendly helping them while they were looking for a permanent accommodation as they moved to Rovaniemi. They have helped them navigating the city and offered help several times beyond what they could expect.

Staff super friendly and responsive to requests. Antonis especially helpful and warm. Room very cozy and inviting. Very comfortable bed and space. Good amenities including bikes to borrow no fee and close to the water and bike paths. Great 30’ sauna experience included each day. Close to shops, restaurants and bus stops. The shower was amazing!!! Delectable breakfast included with large selection for all tastes.

    beautiful exquisite hotel, sleeping in the icehotel was a unique experience, we had a nice room. For a triple room i would especially recommend the streetview room. However, i would not repeat the experience again, as i prefer having the convenience of a private shower and bathroom.

    Igloo stay was nice, warm and comfortable. Staff are lovely. We were there when they were building the snow hotel, which was interesting and they provide a video showing you how its done. Staff communicated well via booking chat. Breakfast was great with wide selection.

    Loved the unique experience of staying in an Igloo. The location was stunning. The sauna was superb. Breakfast was excellent!! Special mention about the ice hotel video and the guide. The video was very informative and so was the guided tour.
