very nice and welcoming host, great location, very quiet. The "dependence" is fantastic and the location of the bedroom helps greatly keeping it quiet and cool. Icing on the cake breakfast is brought to you by the host in a picnic baket!

The room was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant for dinner, and a great variety of options for the breakfast buffet, including scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes. The hotel has a contemporary decor, with a fireplace in the center of the dinning room, and a large deck on the front of the building. There are no decks or balconies off the rooms. BIG CHEER TO HOUSEKEEPING STAFF AND FRONT DESK! I had left my camera battery charger in the room and she ran all the way outside to my car before I could leave to make sure I got it back before going on my way. Then she found my passport and credit cards when making the bed. We had been on a 4 wk driving tour and my husband had gotten sick so I was overwhelmed with medications schedules, hotel reservation times of arrival etc. and made stupid mistakes. The staff was kind and understanding. They notified Booking.com, sealed everything up and had it locked in a safe place for when we returned for it. IT WAS WONDERFUL TO HAVE TRUSTING HONEST PEOPLE LOOK OUT FOR YOU IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY.

From the photos, I was expecting an un-romatic business-styled hotel and was wondering how it would accommodate our party of 6 arriving hot and tired on bicycles. In its location and architecture it did meet that expectation, but the staff were very friendly, providing a safe spot for the bikes. The room was reasonably sized - with AC and comfortable bedding, There was an excellent breakfast at extra cost. It is relatively easy to get to by bike or car but not really within walking distance of town.
