Good clean hotel, convenient for those with a car, at an excellent price.
It's out of town but right off main road, a 20 min walk to Dalmuir station and a £22 taxi back on Sat night from middle of Glasgow if not driving. Small but well equipped business-hotel style room. All in, very good.

I didn’t like anything, I was very disappointed. The hotel is nowhere near the airport. It’s over 3 miles away from Glasgow airport and it hosts homeless people, who drank all night and were very nosy and inconsiderate.
Just a short walk from Glasgow Airport Terminal Building, this Holiday Inn Express has a 24-hour front desk and on-site parking. The hotel is just off the M8 motorway.

Spacious, clean, and bright. Lovely staff and service. This a wonderful hotel to stay at. Breakfast was excellent and room amenities were very good. But the best thing of all was the shower. It was fantastic.

Close to the rail station, easy access to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Easy drive around the coast, beautiful scenery.
Accommodation had everything, felt home from home. Plenty of fast foods or a couple of pubs which served nice food.

Thankfully the next door room (a nice couple) weren't on their honeymoon - otherwise it could have been even more bizarre.
According to reception 50% of all rooms have an adjoining door - which has little (if any) sound proofing.
Stay here and you will have a 50% chance of hearing every word (sound) your neighboring room makes. NOT GOOD !

Over priced and staff need to be more on the ball - although the evening receptionist was helpful morning reception was almost indifferent. I raised all issues described and left it for 5 days to hear anything from management - nothing so hence the candid review

I booked the hotel as a treat for my mum and dad, my dad turned 80 on Sunday and as we were having a party thought a wee overnight would revive them, and that’s exactly what it did. From the minute they arrived everyone was so welcoming, the room, the food and the view were all excellent, they now cant wait to return!

Room excellent bed very comfortable.
Room excellent bed very comfortable.
Only criticism of room was lack of privacy. We asked for room without stairs but spent our time having people and workmen passing our window all day.
Wi-Fi almost useless even after reporting a problem with it
Love the history and the feel of the hotel, the grounds and the staff! All was beautiful and the staff was very helpful & friendly, as we travelled from the US to Scotland.
The food was delicious & restaurant/bar staff was top-notch!
The spa was under construction-being renovated - but the staff did a wonderful job keeping our massage/spa space as comfortable & relaxing as possible.
This similarly Harry Potter Movie location waa activated on arrival! Every experience was magical; the vast beautiful scenic acres of land and surroundimgs, the efficient hotel staff, the relaxing spa and the tone down musical evening filled with a gifted pianist playing songs of choice for 3 hours each night.
A truly magical trip and experience to be relived!
The hotel and staff were fantastic! This trip was my wife & I 10 year wedding anniversary back to Mar Hall since our brilliant wedding day there. The staff from start to finish couldn’t of been more helpful. The complimentary upgrades made the visit more memorable and it was great to go back. Thank you in particular to ‘Mark’ who was a credit to the hotel!
Ingliston was located not to far out of Glasgow in the countryside. it was beautiful scenery. Horses are kept here so we watched some of them exercise. The restaurant and staff were so friendly. The bartender took a recipe from me to make my favorite drink. The pricing was so reasonable as we were in one of the cabins. I highly recommend it.
The front desk receptionist was a fabulous ambassador for your hotel ( we remembered her from the last stay and are sorry we didn’t note her name!) along with the young blonde haired gent who checked us in initially.
The beauty therapist Janice was lovely and we both thoroughly enjoyed our treatments with her.
Good choice at breakfast...nicely and freshly cooked. Dinner was also beautiful! Food really exceptional! Room v welcoming and clean. Also attended a wedding there. Everything so tastefully done.Fantastic location. Brilliant hairdresser as well. Thankyou Lyndsey and all hotel staff.
The staff were lovely, especially at the restaurant. Our meal there was really tasty and very good value. We had view of the outdoor showjumping area from our bedroom, so it was lovely to watch people training on the horses. Overall a very relaxing stay.
It’s a historic hotel. The staff was excellent very helpful and so kind. The place was amazing the views were amazing the garden and the rabbits that were wandering around the garden made everything special.
