The room size and amenities exceeded our expectations as did the staff who were exceptionally efficient and cordial. The hotel location could not be better as it was near all the major attractions which we easily walked to. Also, our room had floor to ceiling windows with a wonderful view of the area. Very convenient location. A couple of minutes walk to the tube, a few more minutes to the train to Gatwick. Close to the Tate Modern . Great access to the south bank river walk . The room and bathroom were fine - very clean.
