If you are arriving between 3 pm and 6 pm, please call the hotel using you booking confirmation details, to ensure staff is there to welcome you. The hotel is normally shut during these hours.
Please note that for weekend bookings (Fridays and Saturdays): cancellation needs to be made 14 days prior to arrival, so no fee will be charged. Any later cancellation or no show, the entire reservation will be charged.
