Charming countryside estate located on a trust. Everything is meticulously decorated and cared for. The staff was incredibly helpful. The kitchen executed everything from sandwiches for a hike to a tasting menu with excellence. Our only regret was not staying longer.

The Cambus O'May hotel is a Victorian building and the theme conveyed is of the Victorian era which is very good. The decor and setup of the rooms reflect this concept.
A most enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Note that access to the Ballater to Aberdeen bikeway is just over roadway at the entrance drive at the hotel. With a bike from the hotel, you can ride along beside the river Dee.
