The bedroom was large and very comfortable!! The breakfast was outstanding! One downside a power cut for about 9 hours! But not their fault of course...... Would definately recommend! We will be going again.

Continental breakfast choice was great as my wife said, I loved the full English. Nice place, just a shame we booked Sat Sun Mon Tues and restaurant closed Mon and Tues as when it was open it was great, but having spoken to Trevor the owner, I understand his situation regarding chefs. and opening 7 days

The manager and staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful, wonderful service throughout our stay. I was interested in the history of the building and the manger did not hesitate to show us around and tell us about the history

Dominated by the castle, Bamburgh is a lovely piece of Northern English history. The church is hugely historic and well worth a visit, as well as the Grace Darling museum. Good restaurants and pubs and a beach with a view to die for round off the offer - amazing to think all that is packed into a small town.

Bamburgh seems a lovely place but we were surprised that there didn't seem to be a general shop or an obvious one. The range of eating places is not wide and and the ones offered seemed quite expensive. However we decided to eat in the hotel and that turned out to be a good decision.

Great for dogs, lot of dogs staying there and all well behaved and under control.
Nice pet friendly pubs and restaurants.
No late opening shops and very few buses, last bus to and from bamburgh was 19:30 ish, not an easy walk to anywhere else after dark as no street lamps on coast roads.

The Victoria Hotel was brilliant, staff Fantastic, breakfast was included and it was great each morning. We ate at the hotel for two evenings and the food was divine. One of the nights we ate at the potted lobster and that was also 10/10 for a fish restaurant we couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend it 👌 👍

This was such an amazing and relaxing place to visit. I loved being able to talk to everyone I met and the people working ar Bamburgh castle were incredible friendly and would just tell the best stories. I would have loved to stay longer!
Lovely location and very peaceful. Beautiful views.
Well equipped and nice touch re welcome items ie Coffee, Tea and dishwasher tablets etc
Not sure if this is standard or we just got lucky!
Towels and bedding good quality and comfortable.
We all slept well!
Lovely views from all the rooms and a warm place which was cosy after a dog walk along Bamburgh beach.
Constant Hot water was fab too.
Kids room was really cute and a great way to make the place a 4 adult / 4 child occupancy.
Great location & staff all friendly & helpful. I had a single room & found it large enough & comfortable. Plenty of sockets in the room, including USB charger sockets. Efficient hairdryer. Environmentally aware hotel. Kettle in the room & tea / coffee / biscuits well stocked. I was delighted to see that decaf options readily available. Refills readily available from the reception desk. I had a lovely view of Bamburgh Castle from my room. Great breakfast!
We loved the location: the close proximity to Bamburgh Castle and the beaches was lovely.
We liked the room (Room 18): it was well decorated and the bed was comfortable.
We loved breakfast: the food - both buffet Items and kitchen meals - and service were good, it was a nice way to start the day.
We loved that there was a hotel car park: parking on the road was very difficult as the village was very popular so the hotel car park was very useful.
Bamburgh under canvas was a delightful and a well located escape from the businesses of daily life. The views were spectacular and the Yurt was well thought thru with some little luxuries to enhance the holiday. Loved that we had a hot shower with complementary soap. We would definitely recommend Bamburgh under the canvas!
Great location as a base for visiting Bamburgh,Sea Houses and Cragside. Off road parking very welcome feature as was the wine and chocolates upon arrival. We ate out each night but the kitchen is ideal for self catering if required. All in all an ideal booking with good communications from the owner
This is a gem of a hotel, intimate and personal. No corporate blandness here. All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. No need to go looking for your evening meal either as the food was delicious. Bamburgh is an absolute delight and I would happily stay here again.

Brilliant location, and hotel. The bar and breakfast was great and all the staff friendly. Great views of the castle as well! Didn’t realise the was a car park till the last minute which was a bonus!
Fantastic location. Around the corner from the coast and bamburgh castle. Couple of eateries and pubs within walking distance. Apartment was clean and spacious. Adequate for our needs
It’s a great location - very quiet but close to Bamburgh. It has everything you need and is very comfortable. The directions to find it were easy and the company very efficient.
A well equipped, new, light and airy house. Outside decking and seating gave us a good view of the old quarry cliff face and the nesting birds. view of Bamburgh castle.
The location is fabulous with views to the sea and Bamburgh Castle.
Choice of local pubs and restaurants, but need to book restaurants as very busy.
Private parking.
The location is perfect. There is access to the dunes which you can walk all the way to Bamburgh Beach and Castle! The view was just what I needed on my vacation.
