Score from 785 reviews Very good
Reception staff very good
Food Quality very poor dry and overcooked breakfast inedible
Size of room and large beds
Nothing. Everything was fine
stayed overnight before flying to america. as always fantastic night, so comfy, very clean & the staff were brilliant. premier inn at its best once again
Clean comfortable hotel for an early flight. Close to airport, so very handy.
The airport shuttle left early, but the hotel reception sorted a taxi within 10mins, so it was not a disaster.
i thought that it was very good value and the staff very helpfull and freindly i would most definatly stay again very pleasant hotel to stay in
having to pay for the transfer to the airport and wi-fi
Good price for late booking of a disabled room.
Convenient for early flights.
Very last minute booking made without fuss. Would choose again.
Very handy location for airport, basic room facilities fine
Lack of breakfast facilities for early flights
Only 10 minutes from the airport, plenty of parking and easy to get to. All the usual Premier Inn high standard's.
comfortable, friendly and efficient staff, lovely steak in restaurant and the meal deal for evening meal and breakfast excellent value. Highly recommended.
Exceptionally good, well thought out room facilities for people with disabililties.
Helpful staff who gave us useful information regarding transport to our airport terminal.
There was nothing to dislike.
lovely large room staff extremely helpful
Bed a little on hard side Washbasin on outside of en-suite only 1 handtowel between 3 people never enough tea/coffe/milk
Everything. We paid a good bit more to stay at the Hilton manchester airport on the way out but found it poor in comparison. Would definitely stay here again,
the staff were very welcoming and what a comfortable bed the size of the room was large for the cost and clean, the breakfast was excellent with a really good choice of food. Would definitely stay there again.
paying for WiFi
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was good in the restaurant. Breakfast was also good. Choice of pillows was appreciated.
Mattresses were very hard and a good sleep was not had by the adults( obviously we didn`t have the room Lennie Henry had). In a well heated room one doesn`t need a heavy duvet( we used the towels instead and used the duvet to make the bed softer.
Helpful receptionist Spacious, clean rooms Room was at a nice temperature, not too hot, not too cold, just right, Slick departure
The meal deal's are a bargain, the food was lovely!
The vending machine's are a tad overpriced and there's no smoking shelter outside i had to cross the carpark and use the little shelter for bike's
The hotel and amenities were fine and we paid a very reasonable price through booking.com. Special mention to Mesul who was very friendly and entertained our son during our evening meal.
The bed was very firm. We realise everyone is different but the night before a long haul flight we'd have preferred a more comfortable sleep.
The reception officers were very helpful.
The staff at the restaurant were not too pleasant about non-white folks. Give britons more attention than others.
It is a nice hotel for a one night layover at Manchester Airport. The staff were quite attentive. The breakfast options were just okay. Good value for the money.
You need to pay for the Wi-fi which I believe it should be offered free of charge.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The public areas were comfortable and clean. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good as was the evening meal. I require a gluten free meal and the staff showed awareness and were helpful.
Compared to other Premier Inns the room rate was expensive
Very clean, helpful staff, reasonably good facilities, good price (though on offer), internet (paid-£3 per day) very fast (>15mbp) on top floor,
View not that great but after all it was next to the airport...
Overall an excellent choice
Wi fi should be free not just first half hour
