Score from 795 reviews Very good
A line was always at the front desk. I needed to collect my luggage from storage as I had a cab outside waiting. Had to go to bar staff next door and request their help as line was too long
room was spacious bed was comfy in room facilitie cleanliness
uninterested staff who ignored us most of the time workmen and staff using guest lifts to traipse through with cart loads of decorating equipment and broken in room equipment such as hairdryers and kettles - should really have a service elevator for this very limited food options vending machines are ok but restaurant facilities would be better (it was shut when we arrived) had to walk over to the north building in the rain fo lunch
Clean, friendly staff and great breakfast
Room, transfers, breakfast
Good, clean and value for money close to Manchester airport.
the bed was to small
Very helpful staff Reasonably priced food & drink Quiet room Shuttle bus to airport terminal
Restaurant wait. Having to pay for anything more than 30 minutes of wi-fi. Come on; we're in the connective age & this should be free considering how little bandwidth costs these days.
The special meal deal was superb
Great place to stay for an early flight :-)
First visit definitely visit again for overnight airport stay
We were booked in to a disabled room,we asked if we could be moved but was told they were fully booked.the sink we found was too low,we have stayed at the Premier before at Watford and Newcastle and enjoyed the experience, the breakfast was also disappointing, not what we were expecting, food not very hot,not a good start to our holiday.
I had the best night sleep and all the staff where brilliant I couldn't fault them
Everything I would come back to it plus I would tell people about it aswell I would go to the 1 in glasgow as i stay there
Location, rooms, evening meal, check in and check out service.
Not being able to contact the hotel to arrange a pick-up from the station. As I didn't know my time of arrival on booking I tried many times to ring the day before arrival an early on the day- All I got was a recorded message saying it was a busy time - for 24hrs! Lets down the hotel badly.
A nice room with good food. Comfortable bed.Very quiet considering how close we were to the airport.
Without a vehicle we were stuck, the pop snack machine was out of order, Having to pay for wifi seemed odd never had to do that before.
Hotel and rooms spotlessly clean, with helpful and polite reception staff. The menu in the restaurant looked basic , but the food was good, much better than expected and the staff very friendly.
The restaurant menu was basic, could do with a little more variety.
Resteraunt was fine and shuttle service to airport was good.
The bed was very uncomfortable.
I loved everything about the hotel itself. The bar, restaurant and rooms very pleasant and comfortable. Ideal location for the airport.
I'm afraid to say that the staff, although hard working and pleasant made two mistakes for us. On checking in we requested an early morning taxi (5am) to catch a flight, this didn't get booked and we ended up being late to the airport. Our evening meal didn't arrive, we saw other people who arrived after us being served before us. I think they forgot our order. The staff were friendly and helpful but extremely busy, it appeared there was a huddle of supervisors, doing, not much while the staff were run ragged. Mistakes were made. This is a shame for the hard workers. Everything else gets top marks. Ideal location for airport.
The room was so hot. Either the air conditioning had broken down or they had switched it off. We couldn't open the window as we were next to the motorway. The double bed was really small
Under the toilet seat was stained with urine. Not properly cleaned.
Staff was exceptional, conveniently close to the airport
Wifi would have been nice to have complimentary, and cigarette machine would have been convenient
Very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms.
Was so hot in the room.
Close to airport terminal, best night sleep ever in a hotel!!
Clean Sheets,Kettle,coffee and tea.T.V.
I wasn't told how to turn the lights on. There was no soap in dispenser over the sink. The wake up call system did not work. Even for the staffer who tried do do it for me. She said the night staff would call me at 5.30am. I was told on arrival the night staff didn't do that anymore. So I stayed awake all night in case they didn't call. And they didn't. And of course the room was the furthest away from the elevator. I have trouble walking. Go figure.
very expensive to saty
Clean, tidy, lovely shower. Great service provided by reception. Restaurant served great food and could take to our room. 5 mins from Airport.
