We didn't receive the host's instructions as to how to get there and our Sat Nav directed us through farms and dirt roads, and to the wrong house, but once we arrived all was well. We had the upper floor to ourselves, so although the toilet was out of our room, it was easily accessible. The breakfast was excellent. The host was very kind to our grandchildren. This was a very good location for seeing Bamburgh Castle and Holy Isle.

Good location for visiting local beaches and villages.

Good location for visiting local beaches and villages. Although remote in that it would be difficult to walk to a pub or restaurant, not a problem if you are prepared for a short drive.A peaceful spot with beautiful views.
