Very welcoming and hospitable hosts. Located close to the canal with a lovely walk into the Bradford Upon Avon town centre/station/restaurants. Our dog Flora loved the grounds/space to explore and the outdoor seating area is ideal for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Our Breakfast was delicious including the gluten free options for my wife Michelle. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay.

We were warmly welcomed into their lovely house by Sorrel and Paul..The room was light and airy and very comfortable. The house was in an excellent position for the town and for the wedding we attended at Belcombe Manor. We would be very pleased to visit again.

Bradford-upon-Avon is a beautiful town, lots of nice canal and river walks, but the town itself, has been spoiled by heavy traffic. Still worth a visit once you're away from the traffic. We visited several national trust properties, very good base if you like to do that sort of thing.

Lovely small town in the local stone, great to walk around, although there's a big hill to get up on the way back to the digs.
We'll be coming back when we have more time so we can go for a walk along the canal.
After a longish walk, stop in the Stumble Inn for a warm welcome in a quiet pub - it's well worth it!

Walked down hill to get to the centre to find some where to have dinner on Sunday evening.
Struggled back up the hill, rather steep.
Ate at Ravello, good food.
Walked around the church area.
Sure more available other days and earlier in the day.

Lots of character and interesting shops.
Lots of character and interesting shops. Choice of eating establishments. Plenty of places for children and dogs. Parking could be a problem. Proximity to river and canal. Plenty of opportunities for walking. Narrow streets cause driving challenges! Lots of charity shops have opened in the past few years. Some interesting historical places to see.

Lots to see, most places easy to access, local artists and creators well supported, unusual and historical architecture, friendly locals, lots of amenities, dog friendly locations, regular bus and trains, lovely canal and boats, tythe barn, Saxon church, vehicular and pedestrian bridges, easy walk around the centre of the town as mainly flat (some more adventurous walks available if interested) , not too crowded (it was January) and easy to get to the centre and find parking, day trips on canal if you are not confident enough to skipper your own

The property itself is beautiful and have stayed here multiple times. It is perfectly situated between Bradford On Avon and Trowbridge, making it accessible to both locations. The rooms are always large and comfy with free tea and coffee, not to mention the freshly baked goods. This time we decided to have dinner at the property which did not disappoint. Our waitress was very warm and friendly, making the evening more enjoyable.
Bradford on Avon is a beautiful area and the George pub is great. Stayed in a great apartment at the pub which was very comfortable and extra heaters to keep you warm! Food was great and very reasonable. (the sweet potato gnocchi was excellent!) Staff (especially Mark the general manager and Jo and Finn the bar staff). The trip to Bath was a short walk into town and 12 mins on the train. Would definitely stay again.
The accommodation was in central Bradford on Avon. The parking was free, but located in a car park which was away from the hotel - by the train station, and NOT the carpark right next to the hotel, so unload then go and park. The staff said it was a 1 minute walk. (I'd review that if you are over 60) Easy to walk along the river or to the canal - both were really pretty.
Rubbish property. it’s not a hotel just few rooms with a pub. The pictures are mis leading. We have been told no reception we will be locked whole night in one small building . The property is in forest, rubbish and arrogant owner . not sure howcome Booking.com rating is 8+ . I have been cheated by the property owner and Booking.com
We've just come home from a stay at this beautiful apartment in the centre of Bradford on Avon. It was fantastic, great location, cosy and warm, the bed was soooo comfy and it had everything we needed!! There was also plenty of room for a travel cot in the bedroom which was a bonus! Thankyou so much for a lovely stay! :)
Wonderful cottage on a country road a few minutes from Bradford on Avon. The host couldn’t have been more welcoming and eager to provide for our needs. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were excellent with lots of water pressure in the showers.
Food was excellent, although it would have been nice to have a slightly different option on the second night.
Pool was great
Gin bar was excellent with helpful recommendations from the staff
Hotel is conveniently located to access the local area
The location, as it was a short bus ride, or walk, back into Bradford on Avon.
The variety and number of bedrooms suited our family group well, especially the bedroom behind the garden.
The pretty garden with 2 lovely outside areas to sit.
A decent room for the night with uneven floors that is in character for a quirky, 500 year old building. It is clean but perhaps a little basic for some. I would quite happily book again. Perfect position in the middle of Bradford on Avon.
Great and friendly welcome, accommodating as we arrived early after long flight. Great food and sumptuous breakfast. Great location to explore small towns around and only 2 miles to Bradford on Avon to simply train ride to Bath.
This is a quirky four room hotel in the centre of town, above a pub. Our room was large, airy, and comfortable. The free breakfast consisted of a bottle of fresh milk, a box of cornflakes, and bottle of juice. Not bad!
It’s a lovely hotel with a beautiful setting. The staff very friendly & helpful - particular shout out to Olivia in the restaurant whose sunny disposition even put a smile on my husband’s morning grumpy face!
Dick was a wonderful host and gave us a great recommendation to walk the nearby canal path into Bradford then take the train to Bath for a day of sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!
Small idyllic location that gives a one to one personal touch that you won’t get from a mainstream hotel. Staff are kind and look after you and were willing to accommodate speacil request.
A great locations a short drive from Bradford on Avon. Situated in beautiful grounds there is ample parking.
