The hotel was very nice. The restaurant prices were reasonable, as were the bar prices. The bar staff and waitresses were also friendly. The breakfast the next morning was also very good.

Good for weekend break close to town Glasgow fort parkhead forge and Cumbernauld shopping centre and retail park. Enjoyed our stay been there couple times hope to go bk soon. Staff very friendly . Food is banging aswell.

Kilsyth is a town full of history from the mines to the weaving. It should really have a museum in the main street. Colzium is a beautiful park with flowers and walks. We felt that the boat house management are really making an effort to improve the hotel. There is plenty of parking directly outside the hotel, a pleasant decking area too. The towels and bed linen were clean and good quality. there was plenty of tea/coffee etc in the rooms and nice toiletries. Water in the in-room fridge and our friends had a small bottle of Sherry and 2 glasses in their room!
