Spotlessly clean room with everything I needed like ensuite shower, comfy bed and chair, kettle, TV and view of the sea over the rooftops. Lovely breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. Located near a good choice of restaurants and takeaways and a fairly short walk to both the seafront and town centre.

The swimming pools were great, clean facilities. No signs from within the hotel in how to get to them. We ended up going out through a car park in our swimmers. The breakfast was excellent.
Set back from Livermead Beach, the Waters Edge Hotel offers limited on-site parking. Torquay Railway Station is just 1640 feet away, while the coach station is 1.2 mi away.
