Great lovely island with amazing beaches..
Great lovely island with amazing beaches..The food is quite good with loads of fresh fish being delivered daily by the fishermen. Nice hikes around the island, its worth exploring for a few days on your way to Samos or Ikaria. I think people free camp around some beaches during the summer as its very pleasant and can get around easily by foot, scooter or car.Guest review byLivioAustria - 8.0

i've been traveling in Greek islands (dodecaneses, cyclades, little cyclades...) for 25 years. We've tried several places to eat in Fourni and i can tell you that the best we visited is Ξενύχτης Πλάτανος (Platanos), up the main streets until the little plaza with the big tree. I recommand the Goat in lemon sauce (the speciality baked in the oven also exist in tomato sauce), Horta (Greek Boiled Leafy Greens) is fresh and yummy, and most of all the meat on the grill (kebap, lamb, pork) manage by the old boss that really know is work! bravo. If you look for remoted beaches, you can try one of the two beaches between Elidaki beach and Kampi beach. Only only accessible on foot by a small path from kampi or from elidaki. If you don't have a car, Fourni is a nice island to walk or you can call the taxi bus that works all day/night long. Ask for the phone number at the port, they know the female driver.Guest review byjeromeFrance
