The hotel is located in a perfect location. So close to Chios port, very close to chios bus station. You can find anything you need nearby. The room is looking good and clean. The view is great. Room is technically in good condition. The staff is superb. He is nice, friendly and so helpful. He gave good advise of restaurants and places to visit, explained the transportation system, gave information about mastic gum and what to buy as souvenir, and answered every question I asked. Long story short, it was a great pleasure to stay here.

Kampos is a nice area full of older mansions, many restored for use as bed and breakfast. The mansions typically have high walls, and extensive gardens inside the courtyards, full of trees and flowers. It is generally a quiet area, very quaint, and close to major roads leading south, north, and west, not far from the capital city and the airport. We ate at a variety of establishments, both in the nearby village and on the coast. All had fresh seafood and local dishes and the prices were very reasonable. We didn't find a place anywhere that could be considered a "tourist trap."
Surrounded by fruit trees and architecture that wouldn't have looked out of place in the Byzantine era this is a unique property in one of Chios' most attractive areas, You are within walking distance of a local taverna and well as the enchanting Citrus café and museum. Breakfast was made up with local products much of which was within eyesight of your breakfast table. The walled property would be a safe environment for those with small children.
Wonderful traditional property in the Kambos neighborhood which is full of restored mansions with lovely gardens. This property has nice outdoor patios and gardens to enjoy as well as a citrus grove to explore. Plenty of on-site parking. The breakfast buffet included plenty of options in a cosy dining area. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and had advice on places to go, things to see, etc.
As most people mentioned in their comments here, Eleni is more than a wonderful host. Polite, knowledgeable, sincere. We were all like we knew her since years. The hotel itself is a historical building, pretty cute, extremely silent, very close to the port which is 5-8 mins slow driving (I don't prefer hotels near to ports/stations). Rooms are super clean and some have a mini kitchen.

The propert is so good. Room is very clean and it smells perfect. Ms. Eleni who is the owner of Topakas hotel behave very hospitality and served traditional refreshments. She gives a lot of information about the Chios island and celebrity places.
It was a very lovely place, it is not a simple hotel but like a family home. Staff was extraordinary helpful. Miss Maria and her mom are very welcoming, friendly. Everything is clean and tidy. You can refill your energy and joy.
the rooms are great. it is close to the airport but also to Kambos and some very nice beaches. The owner Mitsi is so helpful and kind, nothing is too much trouble and she is incredibly generous, always producing snacks etc

I told the host that I was gluten intolerant and he went out the next morning to buy me some gluten free bread and crackers to enjoy with my breakfast. 10 out of 10! Lovely hotel, would definitely return.
It is a cozy, sincere place where you feel like your family’s countryside house. Eleni is the nicest, kindest, most gentle hotel owner ever! She made everything easier and more beautiful for me.
If you want to spend a comfortable and beautiful holiday, definitely come here. The breakfast, the rooms, the location of the hotel, everything was very nice.
