One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional — their hospitality truly made the experience special. The location is just a short walk from the beach and situated in a quiet, peaceful area that’s ideal for relaxing. Plus, the on-site restaurant is absolutely delicious! Highly recommended in every way.

We had two very different experiences at this place — one negative and one positive. Our first stay was in a two-bedroom apartment, which we would rate 1 out of 10. It was a major disappointment. The description did not mention that it was a basement unit with very limited sunlight. You can’t tell this from the pictures, either. The hotel later claimed it was a ground-floor apartment, but in reality, there are stairs leading down from the entrance, making it a basement. The windows in the bedrooms are at ground level and face a public area where people were smoking, drinking, eating — right outside our window. The curtains were too thin to block out the light at night, and the exterior shutters were covered by plants, making them unusable. To make matters worse, we found several large cockroaches inside the apartment. We were very unhappy and contacted both the hotel and Booking.com the next day. It took some effort, but in the end, the hotel was very accommodating and moved us to a different room — a deluxe apartment. This second unit was absolutely wonderful, a solid 10 out of 10. It was even better than the photos: clean, modern, and comfortable. We were welcomed with a fruit basket, the apartment was cleaned every two days, and we received extra towels for the beach. Eda, the host, was kind and helpful throughout. Thanks to the change, we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation in excellent accommodations. I would absolutely recommend the deluxe apartment and stay there again without hesitation.

Everything was perfect, the staff was very helpful and friendly, we were with 1 kid and everything was comfortable and nice for relaxing vocation, the pool aria was so quiet and nice , make sure that you know the sun beds is 15€ for per person , the room was so big and clean .

    This is quite an expensive area to stay in, with no chain supermarkets nearby and fully privatized beaches. However, the surroundings are extremely beautiful. There’s a bakery-coffee shop that’s great for local baked goods and budget-friendly coffees and sandwiches. We stayed one day in Balion, which was perfectly enough for us.

    Good selection of Tavernas many with great views our favourite beach was Karavostasi which has a good taverna. Walking in Bali can be very hilly so make the most of the train which travels through the town plenty of supermarkets

    Bali is a nice place in general - big enough to offer variety of good restaurants, sandy beaches with minimal waves, water sports and other activities (quad tours, day trips); small enough not to feel like in a big city. Recommended places for food: Caldera Seaside for good restaurant food; Bali Bakery for coffee and pies; Sweet Station for frozen yogurt and smoothies.

    Great place for young families.

    Great place for young families. Bali beach itself is a fun little beach, sandy, nice water, shallow entrance, also seemingly protected on windy days. Shops, places to eat etc., are very close. Also plenty of options for boat rides, water sports etc. One of several beaches all close by, each with their own character.

    A really brilliant location.

    A really brilliant location. Just 45 mins from airport so far enough away that you don’t ever see planes but also not too far. Massive variety… 6 local beaches and bays to choose from that are all walkable or there is a little train that you can take. Loads of water sports if that’s your thing. Also lots of choice for food and drink. Very reasonably priced too. Crete has got to be the friendliest greek island that we have visited. In summary… lots to do and see (great location for days out). Easy to hire a car which we did to go to the amazing Waterpark called WaterCity about 55 mins away.

    The hotel is fabulous,we had a superior room which was a great size and was cleaned every day. The views from the hotel are stunning. Its very quiet location but the hotel run a shuttle bus through out the day down in to Bali. There was entertainment on most evenings( the greek night was good fun).The food was great and plenty of choice. The staff were all lovely, Regina on reception was just fabulous and so accommodating.Proper little gem tucked away in the mountains we absolutely loved our stay here.

    It is a nice little hotel with beautiful apartments and a magnificent view on the mountains. We had a swim up room and that is highly recommended! Location is okay, Bali is a cute village but if you don't have a rental car like us it is a good twenty minute walk to the first beach of the village (if you want to go to the beach where you can get the complimentary sunbeds then it is at least a 40 minute walk).

    The staff, the views, the pool, the breakfast, the location - but most of all the young energetic friendly staff. Just a short stroll (or swim) from the main beaches but the hotel has a great peninsula with sunbeds that gives direct access to the sea with free SUB and kayak. There are always sun loungers available (you can’t reserve with a towel etc. it will be taken away).

    The hotel is completely new and every detail has been planned carefully. It felt like we were the first guests staying in the suite. Friendly service, perfectly kept and cleaned. The location is great: Bali is a lovely little village, a perfect place for families. Supermarkets, beaches and restaurants can all be reached in a 5 minute walk.

    Everything. Pool was the perfect temperature, comfortable beds, plenty of outdoor seating. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. Stellios who looks after the villas from the hotel was brilliant.
