This place was so peaceful. We also had a very spacious room. We had great amenities with the private beach down below! Sunbeds, chairs and kayaks for guest usage. Oh and the hosts are amazing. So kind and welcoming. Very helpful with things to do on the island and where to eat. They also have their own famous organic honey! We bought many many jars to take home with us! A true gem if you can snag a room here!

Was my first time visiting this island. Everything was great. The apartment was in the perfect location, close to the most popular beaches. I did rent a car to have the possibility to visit every day different places. Mrs Mary, the owner of the apartment was so nice and helpful for every question that I had about places and roads. Her hospitality was outstanding. The room was incredibly clean every day.The most amazing thing was the view from the balcony, every morning you can open the door of the balcony and see the view of that blue color of the sea and hear the sound of it like a morning song. I left this place with the best memories and impressions. I highly recommend to everyone that want to spend their vacation time. Thank you Mrs Mary for everything and hopefully I will come again for more adventures 💕 ❤️

we decided to go for that accommodation after having reviewed the reviews and we weren’t promised too much at all. since the very first moment (already on the phone) Niki welcomed us with such warmth and great hospitality. She picked up our suitcase, we got water as well as a Skopelos Speciality when we checked in. throughout our stay we got fresh figs from the garden, as well as another sweet dish. very delicious, very kind and a great surprise to spread kindness and guests feeling welcomed. the accommodation itself is lovely, has a great location, located close to two bus stations (making it easy to get around the island, with the bus running every 30min), also only footsteps away from a very and not too crowded beach, as well as enough tavernas and a great environment overall. It was very clean too and long story short just provided the perfect accommodation for a great stay in the lovely island of Skopelos, with its great people such as Niki and her Husband! ευχαριστούμε πολύ

    Neo Klima is a tranquil cute village with an authentic vibe and reasonable prices at the tavernas. It is a very good place to rent a boat and explore all the nice beaches at the south of the island. Best thing is that you have the beach and the small port in the city center and you walk around 5 min from your accommodation to reach them. This is not the case in Skopelos and Glossa which are overcrowded and don't have nice beaches. In Neo Klima you also have another a bit wilder beach called Hovolos which can be reached by walking - just need to have good shoes to cross on some rocks, etc. and bring your own umbrella. If I visit Skopelos again some day, I will definitely choose Neo Klima as my base.

    It was better in the past years.

    It was better in the past years. Now it is full of uncivilized tourists who rent motorbikes and run the engine extremely loud in the middle of the night while speeding on the main road. It is noisy (motorbikes, loud music sometimes) and has an inconvenient bus schedule. If you want to go to Skopelos town or Kastani Beach (Mamma Mia) you have to wake up early to catch the 8:20 bus or wait for the next one at 14:50 (in the middle of the heat).

    The location in Elios (Neo Klima) is the perfect spot for different kinds of holidays. There are plenty of hiking possibilities in the hills, and we went hiking through the exotic Greek landscape and the especially green forests of Skopelos. From the highest points of the island, there are beautiful views of the island and the Aegean Sea, of the Agios Ioannis (the Mama Mia Church) and of old olive groves. There are also plenty of fantastically beautiful beaches in reach by foot, bike or bus. There are beaches with music, sunbeds and drinks, and there are more remote beaches within a few kilometres. Also a holiday with children is perfect at Delphi Hotel with the nice pool and playground. There is a busstop right outside af the hotel with 4 connections daily in both directions of the island.

    Unforgettable experience, mesmerizing landscape of the island, excellent value for the money, beautiful suite, in excellent condition, fully equiped kitchenette, in front of Elias beach, Hovolo beach, next to beach, market, bakery, restaurant, tavernas, bus station, main road Neo Klima. Very hospitable and kind owner Meri (does not understand english, so Google translator tends to help a lot;), cleaning service every day, drinkable water, everything was amazing. Island is as it is shown in Mamma Mia movie - unforgettable.

    This is the best area for accommodation in Skopelos island!! We absolutely loved it and my favourite area where we stayed out of 3 weeks in Greece! Wish we didn’t have onwards transport booked so we can stay for longer than 3 nights. And wish we came straight here instead of staying in Skopelos town for the first 2 nights. It’s in the best area to stay in Skopelos island as it’s walking distance to Kastani beach (you get a beautiful hike out of it as a bonus). It’s right next to the beautiful beach of Hovolo with stunning views and sunsets. We rented a car from the local car rental and drove around to the main sights of the island which were closer to here than the main town. The local bus stops 2 mins away and so does the ferry shuttle bus. The Neo Klima village gave us an authentic Greek experience compared to the touristic village of Skopelos. There was loads of tavernas open nearby with very cheep and tasty food! A supermarket, a bakery, a cafe and loads of friendly locals.

    Nea Klima is tranquil small fishing and tourist village. It has access to excellent beaches and one beach bar, excellent bakery, taverna, market. All is nearby. Is near to the port of Lutraki but also close to all other beaches and the old town of Skopelos.

    The location is fantastic, just couple of minutes from a nice beach with turquoise water. I enjoyed very much the fact that Neo Klima and the beach are not crowded and you can really feel the silence and you can enjoy the nature around.The view from the location to the pine tree forest and mountains is just amazing, the place is quite and very relaxing. You get the best for the price, the communication with the hosts is perfect. I would definetly recommend and I hope to come back to this property. Skopelos is amazing :)

    The house is clean and well equipped. Air conditioning working very well (important when it's getting very hot). The host (Ioannis) is very helpful and answering quickly to any question or request. The house is located very close to the Hovolo beach (walking distance) so it's very convenient for a relaxing day. Other very nice beaches are reachable in short time (from 10 to 25 min drive). In the Neo Klima village there are some nice tavernas and bars. Boat rental is very close as well.
