The property was absolutely beautiful! Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the grounds were stunning and lush, and breakfast was delicious. There were a lot of amenities- the free kayaks were a hit and the beach front is very pretty. Staff were very helpful in coordinating water taxis, tours or shuttles for you if needed. You could pay extra for massages, dinner, lunch, etc, all of which were very affordable.

The lady who welcomed us and went for us at another hostel was AMAZING, super friendly and knowledgeable. The place was very clean, with a big bathroom, great kitchen area, a nice TV area with Netflix, and a nice view. The location was not bad. You have to walk a little, but you get to know the town a little more and get to access some street food vendors. Also, the place was conveniently located in front of a laundry. Soco's Place is a restaurant that's very close and it's a great place to eat.

The couch was very comfortable to sit on. It had 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a double bed. It's part of a property with several other bungalows behind a pricey but tasty coffee shop/cafe (Nativo Coffee Shop). It had an eco filter and an ice machine, so free ice water was awesome

Such a cute town, I wish I had more time to explore because some places were closed on the weekends. It's very close to the party life in San Pedro but much more chill so you can go back to sleep and hang in peace, which I preferred.

Small village, squeezed between party San Pedro and yogi San Marcos. Nice to visit these place but to stay a little bit more outside the crowd. There are some hidden jams: cafe Las Maria’s (great coffee and view!!), caffe La cabañas (great view over the lake, >20 different beers), cafe el artesano (lots of cheese and hams🧀 , it is real touristy (older rich tourists) though, but if you are missing the cheese of home it is a good place to forget about your homesickness 😉)

I fell in love with town as soon as got there.
I fell in love with town as soon as got there. The view is unbelievable beautiful. You can appreciate the Indian Nose Mountain because it is right next to the town. It is so worthy to watch the sun setting and rising. Their church and park are just unique. I cannot wait to get back there.
