This property is amazing! The location is dreamy. The beaches are basically your own private oasis. The resort is picturesque and the owner and other staff are so friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay here and wished we could stay longer. I am dreaming of my next visit. We almost didn’t want to explore the rest of the island because we didn’t want to miss out on experiencing this beautiful resort.

    I absolutely loved the place!

    I absolutely loved the place! It was quiet and remote, just enough to relax, but also it doesn't feel deserted as there are a couple of bars and restaurants and people are driving to this place so it is not empty. It's easy to travel by taxi from other places in Hvar.

    Zavala is a place with mesmerizing sea view, smell and isolated feel. A good place for a good rest. Where to eat? Davor is a restaurant that attracts tourists outside Zavala, and it is a great place, however, I would prefer Skalinada restaurant, hidden nearby the beach, with a nice terrace and great chef. I think it was the most tasteful food I ever tried.

    There are no street names only numbers of houses in Zavala, it can be difficult to find your house, ask your owner in advance! There is only one little shop in Zavala, but we enjoyed that it is a quiet place and if you want to do the shopping you can go to Jelsa. There are more small beaches, we liked the one in front of hotel Skalinada it is free, not only for hotel guests, there is a superb bar there, we loved to drink virgin Mojito while sitting in the shade of big olive tree enjoying sea view!

    Perfect hotel. Amazing view directly from the hotel room. There is a panoramic pool. The restaurant is ok. Tasty dishes but a little bit overpriced. Very good service, friendly staff. Nice waiters. Friendly owners. Cool trip to the island Hvar. Tunnel. Own beach is also amazing. Extremely clean and crystal clear water. Perfect blue color of water like from Bounty ad:)

    The apartment is very nicely located with a sea view from the spacious terrace. The ocean is just a one minute walk away from the apartment with lots of swimming spots close by, perfect for beach days. The drive to Zavala is spectacular and adventurous, especially the first time (less convinient with larger cars). The quiete and scenery are stunning.

    Very relaxing couple of nights in Zavala. Stunning views from the balcony. Parking on site. Beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. Enjoyed a couple of meals in Restaurant Davor where the food is excellent. Short drive out to visit Stari Grad and Hvar. Great host, nothing was to much trouble, thank you for a lovely stay, highly recommend

    Located close to sea, our room nr. 2 had a great sea view from terrace, friendly owners, tasty food prepared by them. We did a lot of one day trips all around close and far from Zavala. Good place for sleeping. Room was equipped with silent air-conditioning.
