Very poor service from the attendant there.. The person their just dumped the key in our hand and disappeared in her room The person barely was able to communicate in English The breakfast was really bad The milk was stale and old.. we told them to have it after we used it a little .. Terrible The packet yogurt was expired .. Absolutely not acceptable Orange juice was expired and old Staff was completely non responsive and belligerent

We made a reservation at the last minute due to an unforeseen circumstance and we received confirmation of the booking very quickly. When we checked in, we were very happy with the house. We were met by the lovely host Pálína. Who showed us around and made us feel welcome and at home. She patiently answered the many questions my eight year old had. He was fascinated with all the rocks and books and was happy to have toys and games to play with. All the hotels and places we stayed at in Iceland were clean but this was the cleanest place we stayed at, with so much attention to details. We used the kitchen to prepare some sandwiches. There was one other party of 3 there and it was totally fine. Didn’t use the hot tub and sauna as we had spent the day earlier in a pool, but other party did and said it was good.
